Its not really a workaround. Its a bandaid that will leave you with many gigs of worthless game files in your folder from two separate downloads. Good luck trying to sort that out.

I left it open when I went to sleep after the servers went down last night. Like I do with anything that needs updating. Like Steam and other game launchers/patchers. When I woke up it was downloading the entire game again. I've never had this happen before with this game or any game. But it happened the same day I decided to start playing again. I was considering subbing again, but with this showing of incompetence I don't know why I should.

Thats what I'm doing. Its a great welcome back from Bioware. Spent 2 days downloading the game on my terrible internet. Play for 2 hours and then maintenance for 14+ hours. Start launcher and redownload the entire game again. I've spent more time downloading this game than I do actually playing most games. Hopefully its faster without that ****** Bitraider.

People that say things like this make my eyes roll uncontrollably into my brain. You take things way too serious, star wars is not real life.

The Bitraider client is the default download since they added the streaming client 2 years ago. Everyone that has downloaded the game since then has it.

Just one day ago I decided that I would give this game another try. I waited through hours of bandwidth stealing bitraider downloading. I'm not sure what the program does, but it slows my internet to a crawl and nothing else does that. Now I get to do it all again. Thank you Bioware for your incompetence.

This has to be one of the dumbest and most fanboy *** kissing thing I've ever read on the internet. I have left the launcher open for every MMO I have ever played and launchers for many other games with no issues. It is far easier to just have it automatically update while I'm asleep and be ready for when I want to play the game. I've never had a game decide to reinstall itself for no apparent reason. This is just garbage single player developers still stumbling around trying to figure out how to run an MMO 3 years later.

I have a Gamorrean Axe on one of my characters. It doesn't show up in my collections though for any other characters.

I was just wondering if there has been any developer word on why most of the stuff I did before the achievement system was added was never counted. Even things that are tracked in game, like pvp stats.

In the event of a tie the last team that scored wins, unless its 0-0 then the team holding the ball wins.

Ive had people do this to me before, except with grapple. Im not sure if they meant to or they were just oblivious to the fact that i had the ball.

I have played in the 50s bracket plenty, im just killing time on my marauder before Guild Wars 2. I don't really see much of a difference skill wise to be honest. I have yet to find an MMO that actually has competitive gameplay in randomized battlegrounds at level cap. It is always gear based.

It was pure luck, but it was still pretty awesome. Ive had better, but none i caught on video. I still cant figure out what the rest of my team was doing. I welcome some epic huttball stories.

Sounds like a lame attempt to justify being bottom/middle of the pack in damage. Blaming other players and saying its just luck is really pretty sad. Meanwhile actual good players will be getting top objectives and still topping damage. Maybe you should move on to PVE

The 12 second cooldown is even more sweet. So overpowered LOL. Its even better when you are knocked back and it doesn't even activate. Good joke. 10/10

I guess you don't understand what the word random means? Even if he had 1% crit chance that is still a 1% chance to crit you with every attack all in a row. Highly unlikely but still possible.
