Seriously, why would you even take off work. It was "up to" 5 days not a full 5 days. Have you not been reading the boards, there was no guarantee when you would get in. So if you are pissed it is your own fault.

I guess to be realistic and not get my hopes up for today or even Tomorrow and then be disappointed on enraged. Especially knowing I registered so late. It's a game no sense in getting myself worked up over it. Truthfully, Saturday would be the easrliest as a family we could sit down and play together. The girls have school till Friday. I have work till Friday. Hubby maybe off tomorrow and Fridays and it would be nice for him, but we like to play as a couple or a family. That and sorry I didn't read through all 900 responses to this thread.

I registered on the 4th and I think the Hubby the 5th. The girls were the 8th I think. Anyways we are hoping for Saturday, as hubby is off and my oldest daughter is off to her Dad's for christmas on the 21st. At the same time I am kind of not hoping for Saturday unless Hubby gets the Christmas decorations out Tomorrow or Friday while he is off. Once we are in there will be no getting any of them off for anything else.

The real question is, Was it good?

Let's not pretend that anything they would have done, in anyway shape or form would not have caused so much hate. There will always be those that say they did this or that wrong and screwed the game forever. Even if it is just a marketing ploy, then it was brilliant. How does a business make money and stay in business, its not by offering a good quality product, it's by marketing strategy. Look at Mcdonald's can anyone say they have a really good quality product? But they are known around the world because of excellent marketing and originally because of a clown.

What if they said ok we will let everyone who ordered in August in on December 14th, however, something happened and they weren't able to get anyone from August in until December 15th. Do you think that would have gone over better? Just wondering if that has been thought, I am sure it has, but . . . Sorry probably sound like a fangirl here, but honestly, I think they are smart not putting every little detail out there. I feel they are giving us much info as we need. They are sending out the inivites in waves, in first come first serve. they are done for today. tomorrow will be a whole new day and if all goes well even more will be let in.

This was way to long for me to read all the way through. Someone else pointed out that we are not paying customers. The $5.00 fee and I am looking right at my receipt is Digital Deluxe Edition Pre Order Fee. Does not say Early access fee.

This is a MMORPG not a single shotter. There will be way more issues and support will be needed or are you going to work at BW or EA for free to fix all there programming issues. Lastly, they need to make money. I think that last part says it all.

Thanks everyone for the laughs today. I ended up being home from work today with a sick child. Even though, I didn't get in to the game and really don't expect too till a minium of Saturday, I wasn't that bored. I enjoyed all the posts today! They gave me a good laugh!
