I highly recommend Sager brand laptops, known as clevo probably in europe. They come with the same hardware inside that many brands such as dell, alienware, hp, sony, etc charge hundreds of dollars more to have included. Some do find that the exterior (the case) is not as "pretty" as they'd like, they usually do not come with LED lights and flashy bits but personally I prefer the "this is a normal laptop" look over the "this is my ricer civic in laptop form" look.
For load speed in terms of maps you'll be wanting to look for an SSD hard drive instead of the usual, you'll find that these offer far better load times as well as start up (boot) times.
As for loading npcs and environments that would be your graphics card or a combination of graphics card and cpu i think. Any of the recent processors, particularly the i7 line from intel, should serve you well though. These chips will allow you to multitask without much issue as long as you're not planning on running 5 games at one time.
For fps you should be fine with pretty much any of the modern stand-alone graphics cards and if you find a laptop you like i would suggest looking the card up on google to see what kinds of fps other people have had. Youtube is also a great resource for that type of thing.
Batter life will depend on the power of the laptop but most laptops that are made for gaming are meant to be plugged in for most of their lifespan, so while you don't have to expect 30 minutes of battery life, I would not expect 30 hours either.
Just looking quickly online even 900 usd would get you a laptop that was good enough in my opinion, but if you wanted you could climb up to the sky as far as price goes. Laptops by nature are not as future proof as desktops but they have gotten much better so I wouldn't concern myself with it UNLESS I had the money to drop for a top class graphics card which is the main part that would prevent you from playing future games.
I'm not an expert on these things but I wanted to throw what I knew out there since lots of people I know have never heard of this brand and I think as far as value goes these can't be beat.
