Thank you for the responses, I think that SWTOR checks progress through achievements now, meaning that if the act 3 achievement is completed for that class, the Legendary Status remains, but then again I wasn't sure so I posted this thread.

Alright, say I created a Sith Marauder, got that character to complete act 3, and it counted towards my Legendary Status. Let's say I dislike that character and need to delete it for some odd reason and will restart a Sith Juggernaut at level 60 for the new expansion. Would my legacy companion perks for the Warrior stay and would my marauder's contribution to Legendary Status remain?

Ok which is better for PVE gear for a dps sorcerer who trains in lightning, Black hole force lord gear? or Campaign Force Master gear? and which is better for PVP gear for a dps sorcerer who trains in lightning, The War Hero force master implant and ear piece? or Force Lord implant and ear piece?
