Bump, I really need help with this.

I am using a laptop. SPEC: Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad 2.00GHz Memory: 4 gbs OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M Problem: While playing the game I keep having performance issues, but I am not losing FPS or having my latency time go up. When I am fighting the sound will stutter. Then the game stutters. This happen equally in high population and low population areas. Can anyone help?

Thank you everyone for the great responses. I have leveled several times since I posted this and it has gotten a lot better. At the time of the post, I was not using the powers correctly but now I am able to heal without any issues.

SawBone is a joke. I am level 20 and barely can heal. None of the heals hit hard enough to be viable during combat. I have Cunning on all my armor and weapons. I have spent points on the talents that increase healing done. So I am not sure what to do. I am thinking about scrapping the toon and rerolling as a Gunslinger. What does the other healer smugglers think?

I guess I am the only person who pre-order just because I had the money to get the game and wanted to make sure I could play at midnight on release day. I am not worried about names or being a certain level by launch.

I will have to agree with this statement. I am hoping that the loot system here will have a Loot Master option. This is so that people can't need/greed steal. I think can cause a leader to be a ninja but that is a small price to pay.

I think they are testing each server for server loads. They want to make sure that the servers do not crash on the 20th. So it is going to be slow going right now, but we (the pre-order community) will get our turn.

For the healer aspect of Smuggler, I have came up with this list. This means that you will use the HOTs to help heal a person through damage instead of healing after damage is done. There is at least one stacking HOT in the list and several instant heals ranging from small to major heals. So you have some 'oh *****' buttons just in case the tank is about to die. The only party I am curious about is how the power management is when healing in this class.

I think that anyone that PVPs in the major MMO games will have an advantage. Through this is a new game and new game mechanics. So it will still take some learning to get use to PVP here.
