I guess there is no "real pvpers" in SWTOR then. Since no one goes to Ilum after they removed the rewards. Your lack of understanding of the human psyche is preventing you from seeing the issue. People love to progress and be rewarded. It is the staple of a MMORPG. Whether it was real pvp or not. Ilum was fun AND rewarding. Now it is neither. Attach a reward and the fun comes with it.

The problem with that is. Ilum as a PVP zone is still there. Just no one has any reason to go there. Prior to 1.2. There was boxes/player kill daily/weeklies. Since no one gets any reward for going there any more. People stop going there altogether. Ilum you come for the boxes. You stay for the PVP.

Sounds like the out of range bug.

I remember 50 v 50 battles with the client karking it 5 times over on ilum. But it was still infinitely more fun than sitting on the fleet waiting for a pvp queue to pop.

I found that as Republic, there's more options for lightsaber whilst as Empire, there's more options for darkside. Naturally I take the hard route and go darkside Jedi and a lightside Sith.

You took away Ilum by taking away the PVP dailies/weeklies. Now no one goes there. It was basically our waiting zone until we could get a queue for PVP warzones during the slow hours. All us PVPers ever do is just sit on fleet now. You give PVErs dailies in Ilum still as well as black hole whilst they wait for flashpoint/ops queues. I even did them and space dailies until I got all the artifice schematics. Now I've lost interest and I'm pretty much sitting on fleet until a friend wants to come on to level an alt with me. Being they don't come on often. Leaves me sitting on fleet waiting for a warzone to pop (Some times for hours). Then logging off once my daily is done.

I'm glad I stayed on the US server and didn't take the free Aussie server transfer. Lower ping < Diverse community I even get highest medals in PVP with my lag.

I'm in my 20s and I don't even get the whole facebook thing.

To be honest. Hope it never comes. Bad enough that I have female NPCs hitting on my characters and trying to lure them into marriage. Even after avoiding every flirt option. Rather they focus more on the class stories than companions or world stories. At the moment class stories is all that is keeping going for this game since BioWare has dropped the ball on world PVP.

This thread is an example of why we can't have nice things.

People just want to whinge about any thing that takes effort requiring brain power. eg. There's a wall in the way preventing you to get what you want. Instead of them doing the sensible thing of walking around the wall. They will scream and holler that there is a wall in the way, nerf or remove the wall completely!

If no one noticed, the speeders are meant to be two seater speeders. Just BioWare covered up the other side of it and sold it as a single seated speeder for a limited time. You can see see the extra seat popping up through the cover.

Visually. Surprised more people don't say Alderaan. Most of the planets in SWTOR are a shade of brown. Quite dull and boring.

The only thing "cool" and "interesting" about Coruscant is the Senate plaza area and the ruined Jedi temple. The rest is just generic hallways and platforms.

I agree. Speeders should be able to be used any where on Coruscant. Since you can use it every where on Dromund Kaas.

Short answer. Your gear becomes outdated for the new gear. Yes. Greens even.
