Yes I confirmed this last night (March 15. 2024). I received 1 Recovered Relic from Forged Alliances Part I. This was right after the Flash Points, Assault of Tython and Korriban Incursion. I didn't receive any from the flash points, very annoying.

I use Wtfast and launch the game from Steam. This is how I configured Wtfast. In Wtfast Create a custom game config for SWTOR. Select the option for "No Launcher" Browser to and select the swtor.exe Save.
