  1. Dunno. My alt has been flirting with SIS agent a lot. Only level 36 so don't know where it got story wise.
  2. I also prefer Jorgan. Against most encounters he is enough, and certainly fastest against trash. Vik I don't see how it fits for a Vanguard. Even less he belongs to any Special Forces.
  3. Personally I love challenge a bit. But I have to agree the game does get bit harder when you level on. With first 10 levels there is no chance getting left too much behind what comes to level and gear. And yes having two or more extra levels seems to make any quests child play. But below the level or same level they can pretty tough to some Advanced Classes. I many times see 3-5 levels higher players doing quests and instances so I don't wonder if many think game is easy.
  4. Not propably first one to forget the single security question I am asked. Just want to point few things to BW/EA and ask what you think about it. 1) I can log in from familiar computer to my account easily without security question 2) I can subscribe(use my credit card) without security question from a familiar computer 3) I can't change security questions without knowing a single security question 4) I can't add mobile security application and security key to account without knowing single security question 5) Since I don't live in UK or US I have to call foreign numbers to reset my security questions Whats the logic if I can bill my credit card without security question but can't add security to it without it?
  5. There is more to talk about smuggler since its more tactical class than Jedi or Trooper. Most other classes seem to charge upfront. Thats not what smuggler is about.
  6. I agree. On the other hand I've had some really nice moments so far in groups. Just there isn't just much such contents you really need to do. Instances are bit uneven and while they may give nice gear there isn't any actual need to go any of them.
  7. I think the game contradicts itself in this case, If you play consular you get light points if you reveal two lovers since its forbidden by jedi code jedis be in love. In that case its duty over personal preferences. You are the member of the order so you follow the orders rules. But with AWOL case you have to understand the personal feelings of soldiers. So Jedi person can't break his code because personal feelings. But its OK to help soldiers break their own code for same reason? I would understand if choice was moral, like somebody would be harmed. But in case of deserters they would just end being hunter anyway and they would end breaking the code they had promised to uphold.
  8. I don't see how leveling with healer would be slow. Myself leveling sawbone. I think lot of people make mistake not doing most of quests and leaving at first chance. Far as I've played to level 24 so far it seems you can get about 2+ levels to next planet/place this way. The dps of healers may not be par with dps of other trees thats true. But you can offset it with higher level and companion also will have higher level with better gear as levels grow. Swtor is very easy game to level. Its not like BC on WoW at all.
  9. Actually the harpoon is pretty nice with generic mobs. Can use quick shot, whip and back blast to sorry mob that is picked next to me.
  10. I think the answer to question everybody needs to know is can you romance with Bowdar?
  11. Personally I like to be sort of evil. But I don't have any idea crush people and be malicious. I just think that being a smuggler is sort of criminal activity driven by easy money. And it means I may not have much of moral as smuggler. Why not go all the way then? I just take easiest route for a smuggler . Most of time it seems to be evil. Don't care to argue with people? Threat with gun. Not sure is there a loose end if you leave someone alive? Kill. Don't like the guy who forced you to go all that length killing people? Shoot him. This all doesn't mean that I wouldn't serve republic or I wouldn't care to save rare species in Taris or help settlers(for a credits ofc). Just most of time I try to take most direct route for Republic and money. And not necessarily in that order. Devs said smugglers are most unpredictable.
  12. I like it. Its also pretty nice in questing. Certainly far wider margin of error because healing.
  13. I dont agree much what OP said but he has point too. I like the game way it is. Stories are really good, and I could see myself spending very long time going through all of quests and story lines with one character. However, when I start to think would I read all the stories with another character with diffrent I notice I propably wouldn't right away. I'd love to do it, but I think it will probably take ages. So when I arrive finally on that level 50 I think I'd like to stick there for a long and have bit different focus than the stories. I wouldn't mind heavy raiding. Something to keep people playing together.
  14. Empire has more interesting stories and class descriptions than Alliance side.
  15. I haven't had problem with groups so far. This is actually so far being much nicer experience than for example wow. It must vary by server what is most needed. On my server it seems that healers are in great demand.
  16. I don't understand why is it so hard to understand why people complain. They have been promised something but not when. Customers and people generally don't like to live in uncertainty. Its far easier to wait plane that leaves in week in certain hour, than wait in the airport wondering does the plane leave in next 2, 3 or 8 hours because nobody can tell. Easy solution 1) tell beforehand exact time when customers can play individually 2) or put everyone on same line to start same time No uncertainity = no complaining
  17. Usually the customer is right even if he is wrong. Most of times companies even admit mistakes they haven't done just to keep customers happy so they would avoid bad PR. Oops. Sorry wrong game! <TOR MODE> Thank you overlords for having chance to play this game that has started but most of haven't had chance to play yet. I'll kick myself on the way out, no need to do it for me. </TOR MODE>
  18. Personally I don't like SWTOR way of handling PR and customers. Technically game has been better than any other I've beta I've played. But the logistics and even the moderation attitude this forum is worst so far. There seems to be mentality that instead of addressing problems they rather close threads. I tried even make sarcastic thread about them closing EGA threads. Did without any profanity and they dropped it giving me warning for it. If that wasn't recursive joke that proves the point I don't know which is. Looked code of conduct and didn't find the slot which my thread would have belonged. I'll be keeping myself arms length away from customer care side of SWTOR now on.
  19. I don't see the problem here. PVP players should do anything to win. If it takes premeds then they will form premades.
  20. I agree. Takes awfully long the play button to light up. Must been like few days already. Still waiting front of PC.
  21. Exactly. No need to make problem about this imbalance. If you get to good guild in republic side you get same than on the Imperial side expect lot faster pvp ques.
  22. If there is some limitation before launch why servers would be unstable because too many players in it will exists after it too. Such technical issues won't go away just because EGA. So if too many players make servers unstable on 13th December it will also occur on 21th of December if same amount of players log in. So there absolutely no reason to understand Bioware what comes to early access because it won't fix any issues concerning loads of their system. Technical issues are a good excuse but its that what they are exactly.
