Nothing is wrong with it. They have never been at the Tier 6 level. I got to 400 before the nerf and there was never any then. I would always do level 3-4 Rich and Bountiful once I hit 400 as none would ever be there. So there is nothing wrong with it. Not much point doing missions any more. Only useful to collect containers in the environment.
