You get cooler helmets later. You can buy one with war zone commendations at the dromund kaas bounty hunter trainer area . (bounty hunter PVP armor) if you're looking for an awesome helmet just be patient. But be warned there are only 3 good looking helmets. Also, you can use orange sith warrior helmets, just strip out the mods and put in BH mods.

while I disagree, I love the story, I do agree about mako. she's way too goody two shoes for me. and when I got to gault, I also wanted to kill him and was flabbergasted at the idea that I couldn't. hire him?? ***. ..... but I learned to love him. I like his quirky responses and dialogue. all I can say is, wait till you get to skadge......don't want to spoil anything but You might falcon punch your monitor.

I agree we are a support class and being in a one on one fight is detrimental to our role. But sometimes I am not in the best scenario where I can be supported by damaging classes. Sometimes I have to get in the fight for the win. And in contested territory in pve that happens a lot. It's in those situations I get frustrated that my lvl 48 Merc is getting worked by a lvl 43 republic dude. I might need to keep up with my gear as well. First thing I'm doing when I log today is buying another pair of blasters

Omg man..../signed!!! I *********** hate skadge. His character clashes with mine sooooo bad, and I've killed way more people for a lot less. If his crew skill efficiency wasn't so amazing, I would dump him too.

wow thanks for the feedback guys. I think i'm gonna respec to hybrid. Yes, i'll lose my instant heal, but its not that great honestly. its awesome, but not enough to sacrifice damage. =]

So I remember there was a point when I wanted my Merc to be a significant healer and couldn't get him there. After maxing out (mostly) the bodyguard class, and dropping a few in arsenal....I'm finally there. With critical chances I'm healing at most 3k to 4.5k each heal. Woooooohooooo Sadly though....in a one on one fight, I'm losing big time. I have to rely heavily on my heals which is understandable because I focused on that. But it's not the way I wanted it to be. I'm really thinking of abandoning all my hard work to go with a more damaging spec tree. I wish I could keep my healer class and still hold my own in a fire fight. I know this is probably to be expected, since I'm a support class, but I find that in war zones, I mostly have to fend for myself. I'm almost always top healer in the WZ but my k/d ratio isn't that great compared to other classes. I'd like opinions from other Merc healers, or tips. Also some advice from other BH specs. What do you guys think?

I totally went against my "if you try to kill me, I will kill you" code to let the apprentice live too. I don't know why, but I felt sorry for her. And in retrospect she acted very sith in trying to get revenge. But anyway, it bothered me that I let her live but I thought to myself, if she pops up again, no more freebies. And of course.....I chose 3.[Attack]. stupid jedis

Yea the DS/LS choices in this game are arguable. I pay less attention to it than I did in the beginning of the game. Just play your character how you want him to be played. I found that following the above stated rules, my companions like me more lol.

I found that making a code for your character works best. My BH abides by these rules. Always fulfill a contract. If you agree to kill someone, then kill them. Can't be bribed. No sob stories either. Always be professional. If you try to kill me, I will kill you. Don't beg for mercy, it's useless. If you get in the way of my contract or my credits, you die. Unarmed civilians, that are not part of my contract get to live, most of the time Honor binds me, challenge me to a fight and I'll shoot you in the front and not the back. If you have useful information that will help me fulfill my contract then I will let you live (your life is temporary if you broke any of the above rules though). I found that this way my BH, is a professional who puts emotions aside. But deeply, he's not a bad guy, just a product of his time *edit* Btw this put me in dark 3 at lvl 44

/disagree I think his growls voice comes out naturally. It's bad ***. But I agree on the Christian bale ridiculousness . He ruined batmans voice.
