Seeing as ToFN is dead now and I just resubbed to see if this game can keep me entertained again, I moved to TRE for the outrageous price of 90ccs. Hows PvP? Queue pops often etc? From what I read on the forums I picked the perfect time to come back as I am not able to no-life grind wzs and ranked anymore. Any friends from good'ol ToFN glory days still playing? Hit me up ig.

I dueled Gragole like 10 times just before the previous dueling tournament cos he needed some practise (mostly for his encounter against Roudy since Grag said they were around 50% ratio in wins/losses). I lost all duels except for two if my memory serves and it was mostly me playing Deception against Grag in pre 2.0 hybrid darkness/madness build. I have no delusions whatsoever that Gragole was/is better than myself. In the end I was really happy to oblige Gragole even though it only proved my inferiority against him (pretty sure it would have been the same against Roudy). My point is, I rather try and improve my gameplay instead of finding excuses why I lost. Gragole was better, period.

^This. Can't tell you how many times I've placed my phase walk on the railing in Combat Section, jump down, see the animation teleport me back up and yet dying. Really messes up with my waiting for a wz/rwz pop.

I didn't mean that. I meant when opponents stun/mezz you. You seem to use your cc-breaker on mezzes such as low slash and flashbang (like in the beginning when u cc break the snipers flashbang even though his orbital would have broken it anyways).

I honestly never considered using recklessness with spike and proccing exploitive strikes with it. Opening up with discharge/death field and using recklessness charges on the bigger hitting abilities seems more viable in my opinion. What I meant with my second question was your cc-breaker usage. I noticed how you broke mezzes more often rather than hard stuns. Was it situational (i.e do u usually break the first stun/mezz just to burn the opponent down fast) or is it more of a habbit? Thanks for your answers. Edit: I tend to save my spike for vanish combo, especially when im fighting against healers and need an additional interrupt or boost up my burst when opponent is low on hp. I tried using simpler language, but I'll be happy to explain more if needed.

Hey there, Question 1: Why do you continously waste Recklessness charges on Spike? Question 2: You seemed eager to use CC-breaker on mezzes, such as the flashbang against the sniper in the beginning (orbital would have broken it anyways) and low slash against shadows/sins. Any reason why? Nice crits nevertheless.

I understand this, but the records are class-specific anyways. I don't think there will be many over 8-9k biggest hits for sorcs/sages for example, nor do I think shadows/assassins break 1,6k dps on a regular basis especially since madness is utter crap now. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean that you should strain yourself too much over these records.
