    I have the same problem and I have tried to restart 4 times now, still can't get back on my server. (Playing from EU.)

    Great post sir. It explains , more eloquently than i have managed to do, exactly how i as a European player feels after today's maintenance.

    Indeed. I agree. I am so tired of all the lame excuses being posted on the forums about how complicated tnis is. Bottomline , consumers DO NOT care. We want an excellent product and a great sevice. Some companies are obviously better at providing this than others

    Since Bioware closed the other threads about today's downtime (LOL) I'll just want to add /signed and +1 to : Find a better timeslot for European server maintenance! Refund the 6 hours of lost game time from today's Xmas vacation downtime!

    I do not care much if this is "best practice" or a similar crappy excuse. Just stop picking times that diminish the play time for the European players the most. If that can't be done have 2 maintenance runs. Seriously launching and running an MMO is not a novelty any more. Customers have higher expectations and demand a better service.

    +1 6 hours of downtime, in the middle of the day, during X-mas. Bioware you have to do better than this. I don't pay to loose a day of game time! Unacceptable.
