  1. I do get the sense of that big time, it would have made an excellent trilogy of games and/or movies. This is the sort of successor to the original series that I could have really liked. It would have worked well with a mid 40s Luke Skywalker or a totally new set of characters a few centuries down the line. it seemed so rich and it looked super sci-fi, i don't think I've been as amazed with a high tech world since I saw Coruscant for the first time in Episode 2 like I was with Zakkuul. Wild space region it is could have spawned several different worlds of the Zakkuul empire that we could have visited.. it feels like it really should have or coudl have gone further. The MMO was probably one of the less ideal places such a vision could flourish, or maybe I should rephrase.. such a vision coudl flourish with minimal investment model. For the MMO to have carried this , it was good enough to relaunch SWTOR. Can you imagine if after the 9 chapters, you then start the class stories that go through the worlds proper in the style we were use to. Woudl have worked well.
  2. Just started it gain, for the first time since the patch was released. Amazing concept, amazing direction, great cinematic, it pushed all the right buttons. This would have made a great trilogy or great single player game successor to Knights of the Old Republic. But it wasn't wrong to progress SWTOR with this either. I wonder if we will ever get a similar type of inonvative story. The concept and premise of KofTE in my opinion is better than the movies Sequel trilogy.. KK and Lucas Arts should have done something like this instead.

  4. I guess if we want something, we are going to have to do the work to meet the requirements. We must then weigh our desire for the thing against the things we will have to do to get it. If we hate the things we have to do, more than we want the things they reward, then we can exercise our free will and our control and just not do them.

  6. So, they advertised Shae Vizsla, Dazh, Nico okarr and Paxton would be available on tokens, but they're not at the vendors at all. They said they're removing them because of a bug and would place them back, this was over 3 weeks, ago, are they not coming back? What's the status? They are the only reason I'm doing the galactic seasons stuff as none of the other items interest me. Forgive me if new on this has been updated and please tell me, but so far I've had no update.
  7. What do you expect for abusing a player like that.. remember it's a real person, repeated killing is just greifing, and a real person at that, just for video game points...
  8. Noticed you don't get Galactic season conquests for Uprisings or star fortresses.. any reason why? Noticed that Master Flashpoints aren't a requirement either - that i've noticed. Which is why I am surpirsed to see GSF and even Seekr droid/Macro binoculars instead of UPsirings or Star fortresses etc. Even if one hasn't reached the required level, just like for OPs, surely that legacy can gain options for GO that don't require those.

  10. Outer rim week hit, just as I needed 1 more round of section X dailies to get legendary and when I had just started doing Rishi. I got the Section X on the first day , and haven't since, and it's funny, All i needed was the one section X for the legend cap, are their some co-incidences you think are more than co-incidences? But i'm completely baffled why the cosmic scale would care about my virtual diary on SWTOR

  12. I wonder if they shouldn't do something bigger with the Voss though. Still it's been years and they always some of hte most popular requests. I think at least companion reward for SEason 2 would make sense, male Voss seem more associated with the republic by story (not just skin colour) and the female with the empire, but ofc they'd be neutral so you can pick either up regardless of faction. Alternatives to Gaden Ko and Telsa exist ofc. Other options for republic are Carvus-Til who left Voss-ka for coruscant, and Quenneth-Li who we defeated in the Battle of Ilum aiding Darth Severin (if we pick him he would have to bear some scars). Regarding Voss companions, Gaden-Ko is the most established single character from the entire Voss series associated with the Jedi Consular, and Talsa-Ko is the most famous Voss associated with the empire. they seem the best choices.

Well, you may have loved some of the rewards (especially from the token vendor) like I am excited about (thanks for giving the Dark v Light rewards BW) So, begs the question what would you like to see for season 2? For me: 1. Lana Beniko pre-KotFE customisation.. how looks in Forged Alliances and SoR 2. Gaden-Ko Voss companion, a sage TK styled companion is currently not in the game, neither are Voss, one of the most highly desired races. I think a male and femle pair (Gaden-Ko (sage skills), and Talsa-Ko (sorc skiils) 3. Better Decorations: Zakkuul city decorations 4. Zakuul and iokath Strongholds.
  14. That could also work, giving you quick travel access to all the Galactic operation destinations of the day. But hten.. i can see them not willing to want to do extra work for accessing stuff that is already very easy to get to.
  15. Oh.. that could work.. you could accesss it from the conquest tab instead or it could have it's own button in the Acitvity Finder.
  16. I still think the max range interrupt and stun should return, as well as the force barrier health the very least. Also Force Mend should be a health % return and not mitigated by trauma.
  17. Yeh.. i thought about that.. It is possible it is my team and not necesarily the class, sometimes it owrks well in random group , sometimes not. I think my experience is that way with teams that don't know how to adjust to targeted sorcs.. they must focus fire the opposition while they try to go all out on me and usually it's a race against time on how long i will survive vs how quickly they can get the other guy down. Sometimes the teams are just unmatched.
  18. now that the Galactic season weekly ups show up there, it seems no other ops are showing. Why not just add an extra two slots then so at least we get some veraition in the ops from Acitvity finder.
  19. wahat are thea dvantages of playing this spec in pvp arenas? easiest to die it's heals are next to useles it's defesne are easily shut down or circumvented.. simply delaying hte inevitable rather than giving them a decent chance.
  20. I mean in arenas.. they always the first to go down and universally targetted. There is a reason for this, and they have little to no defense agianst it.. everyone knows this.. this isw hy they are targetted first 1. if you hit on them, unlike melee you can completely lock them down 2. their greatest defense has been configured to be running - but arenas don't have enough space to keep the distance you need - splat 3. There heals are very limited form of defense, thanks to trauma, as they aren't healers, it's basically useless most of the time, (you'd be out of combat before trauma ends 4. Phase walk and barrier can be locked out - yes their are stuns and controls that lock you out of using it 5, The dps sage/sorcs ( I play lightning) need some sort of boost. my recommendations.. 1. Reinstate the Force barrier heal up for dps sages. - this was badly and continuously nerfed, even with the talent it's poor, and you can't afford to take the talent - the talent should either be baseline and it's replacment enhance the effect or be something entirely different. 2. Add a temporary stealth possibly after a phase walk 3. Allow them to be able to remove trauma.. these mind masters should be the best candidates with the will power strong enough to minimise trauma effects and guard against them. - this would allow their self helas to be a little bit more effective. 4. Ensure you can phase walk and Force Barrier out of any thing. 5. A mechanism that can trigger short force barriers or even refresh it's cooldown, it's basically an inverse stealth, if peoople can double stealth and reduce it's cooldown, these guys need it Maybe soemthing like if trauma is up on them then their damaging abiilities ignore damage mitigation effects enitrely or something.

Which is why this is good, people get more motivation to do something else because of this, but as it's only a once a week, they are free to do the daily every other day, which may incl TC if that's what they want. i think the lair Ops in the daily GF are really important for people who have lots of alts to get through and just doing it for the reward.. for people who want more the experienced in a good operation destination, at least Galactic seasons provides extra incentive to the masses to join them for something more than a 1-boss ops.
  22. You aren't the only one who really wants these guys... I have too, I know they are reluctant to introduce a 5th body type, because the tall and skinny, but i've wanted it + the beautiful clolours. i have suggested in the absence of playable Voss race, we get a Voss companion or two.. My thing would be a male (Gaden Ko, modelled after the a dps Jedi Sage as he was trained by the Consular) and a female (maybe Elsa Ko? modelled after a dps sorc as she was associated with Dath Serevin in Ilum FP)
  23. it definitely isn't a cash grab.. at least that thing isn't.. i'm just wondering why there has to be a cost at all, couldn't they find other ways of giving to all your characters?
