  1. Hi all. I noticed the other day that a player had conquerer relics and they were augmented to give like +32 cunning and +30 end. How the heck do you augment Conquerer gear as it doesn't seem to have any augment slots ??? Anyone guide me to a step-by-step or similar ? 1000
  2. Hi there. I'm a 50 (soon 55) Healing Sorc and I want to join a PVP guild. Been playing since launch, pretty good with my Sorc. Have just come back to the Harbringer server after migrating to the Aussie server for a while (which blows). Would also like to run Operations and HM FPs etc. Would be nice if the guild had some Aussies in it as well. PST to LITESTORM.
  3. Is anyone else finding the 8 character restriction limiting ? I have 5 level 50s, a 36 and a pair of mid-20's toons. I want to level up all of them. Now Bioware announce new species so one of my toons has to go if I want to experience the new species. Any word on whether we might get this restriction lifted ? I'd be happy enough to pay for extra slots... 1000
  4. Some of the new UI changes look pretty good, but what I want to see is an option to resize the font used for the combat text in-game. The current font is ridiculously large, particular considering a lot of us play at 1080p resolutions and above. Surely this would be very easy to implement ? I find as a healer there is so much text on-screen when I am healing multiple characters and tossing AOE heals that I can barely concentrate on what is actually happening on screen. Cryss
  5. I'm NOT trying to be a smarty here, but the only suggestion I have is an upgrade. The machine is too old to run the game properly even on low settings. A more up to date budget machine is enough to run the game on lower settings and will be a much better experience for you. Cryss
  6. Logitech G700 user right here and a HAPPY one. Chris
  7. Thanks for the advice all. Went for: i7 2600k 8GB Corsair whatever GTX580 3GB 120GB OCZ Agility SSD + 1TB Seagate Should play the game like butter Cryss
  8. Hi all. I currently have the latest model iMac and have been playing SWTOR via Bootcamp. Runs brilliantly but I need to dial down a lot of settings because the Macs only have mobile GPUs. This game is amazing and I'm going to buy a decked out PC to play it. I know I'm going to go for an i7 2600k (OCd to 4.2) and 8GB RAM but I need GPU advice. I want to run the game with absolutely everything MAXXED out, with Bloom, high shadows, high quality shaders.. the whole box and dice. My only requirement is that the GPU needs to hold everything maxxed out and stay at or above 60FPS.. constant, even in high population areas etc. I am going to be using either a 30" LCD at 2560x1600 or a 27" display at 1080p so it needs to hold the FPS at very high resolutions. Can anyone recommend the NVIDIA GPU I should go for ? GTX570, 580, 590 or a pair of 560s in SLI etc ? I'm only doing this once, and only for SWTOR so I need real world experiences here. I'm not considering AMD due to noise levels and issues in the game with shadows on. I don't need to hear any guesses.. I'm only interested in hearing from those who run the game with these types of specs and can help me keep the magic 60fps with everything dialled up to max. Cheers Cryss
  9. Don't forget that there are more quick solutions available to you other than shift+num combinations, for example, for abilities you use constantly like sneak, think about binding hem to a a mouse button, or to keys that are already close to WSAD. For example, I bind abilities to SHIFT+W and SHIFT+S.. My fingers are right there on WSAD so it's nice and easy. Practically any key combos can be used, get creative !!!!! 1000
