  1. The fastest route as an Imp I found was to go in the following order of the locations posted. 1,2,3,7,9,11,10,8,12,6,5,4. Then Qt to ridgeside. This gives you an anticlockwise route once you leave the dune sea area via the northern route and avoids all the backtracking you do if you follow the OP's listed locations via his order. Or you can do 4,5,6,12,8,10,11,9,7,3,2,1, which is probably the easiest way for reps then qt to your relevant nearest outpost.
  2. For the fella whos whining about taking 3 months to get wh gear, lol get over yourself fella. Within 1 day people were running around with the wh weps. Ok, with your 4 hr per day senario, which seems a bit over the top to me but hey ho, av 400 coms per hour (thats about 4 - 6 games per hour) = 133 rated coms per hour. So 133 x 4 + 99 (dalie) = 631 rated coms a day. Call it a 30 day month = 18930 rated per month (not including the 99 each for the weeklies). Having a bad day with wins is canccelled by having good days with wins and fast wz completions. The most expensive Wh items about 3400 rated i think. So with that, 18930 you can buy almost all the WH gear within a month. If you already have BM gear ofc. If you just dinged 50 add a month or considerably less to get the Bm gear. So maybe it will take you 2 months to go from fresh 50 to Wh geared . Big F**king whoop de F**king doo. Took me a lot longer than that prior to 1.2 to get full BM gear but then i was not lucky with tokens from the boxes and PvPed less then. Personaly I am averaging about wz 500 coms per hour but i dont PvP for 4 hours.
  3. Err? Right do you want to go from recruit to full warhero overnight. Yeah OK, we get it. May as well gimme full rekata and upwards while your at it. The warhero gear works out almost the same in Wz coms costs now as it did for bm gear before the 1.2 patch. Only now you dont have to get lucky with rng on boxes, now you get a predictable amount of rated coms from the dalie/weekly. lol, look at your own sig, Kinda makes your whine pathtic when your crying for top gear in a matter of a week or two.

  5. Its not that far off what Bm gear cost in wz coms . 1 bm token = 4000 wz coms, weapon cost 3 tokens = 12000 coms) if you took out the random factor of a token drop from the daily/weekly box drops. With the daily/weekly rated coms reward it probably comes out just ahead in grind time.
  6. Nope. Its actualy slightly less in cost per wz com than the old system. Old system cost you 4000 coms per Bm com. So for BM weapon for example that was 12000 coms. with the conversion rate for rated i think its about 9800 wz comms in total if you went that way (no rated coms from daily or weekly). Only difference now is you don't get to play the lottery that was the BM box. If you were lucky you could pick up a couple of Bm coms from the boxes. Yes that could significantly speed up your gearing. I guess the daily/weekly rewards kind of make up for the randomness of the bm coms in the old system. Now its slowed down and controlled. No luck required other than to be in a wz where you got 8 people rather than 3 and you win constantly with 3+ medals and dont use wz bought medpacs/adrenals. Its kinda moot anyway as Bio succsefully ruined what was half decent PvP by turning it into the same Zergfest crap that is WoW. Watch the unsubbed posts grow by the hour.   7. Yeah I get that but tell me how I can get past 2000wz comm cap to buy an item that costs 3200 comms. Thats the point I am asking. Have they either upped the cap or are the comm cost shown currently on the war hero gear wrong?
  8. Ok maybe I missed something in the post regarding the rated WZ being pulled but I am sure they mentioned we would still be able to buy war hero gear. Anyone know how? I only logged on for a short time but did notice the gear still requires rated comms. Not only that, if they have removed the requirement for rated, then some of the items are still more than the 2000 com cap. eg: war hero vindicators chest cost 3200 rated comms + 200 normal ones. If they have just converted the cost to straight out wz comms we still cannot buy any of the gear that requires more than 2k in comms. So just exactly what is the deal? This is in reference to the non rated war hero gear.
  9. You can get the world boss on alderaan down easy,as Veng specc Jugg. Wear 2 items from the jugg PvP vindicator set, rest is columi dps gear, ram your tank gear on broom and dps it down. Use intercede off cd on Broon for the 8% hp heal. If you try to use Quinn your screwed as world bosses keep comps feared for entire fight and quinn dies fast from aoe. Broon in half decent tank gear should live for entire fight. The next level world boss (another robot on Quesh) hits a fair bit harder, can get it close but not quite, it kills broon at about 30% hp. Think its doable with full rekata gear on broon. I have had one item that was BoP from a world boss, rest were all BOE and my alts had uses for them. Plus it beats the endless queing for Wz once you have completed both the raids in one night.

Its clear reading this forum that many of those who are whining for force push and /or say maras don't have much use, like the Op, are either low level maras, sub 40 or greedy kids who want everything. I have a lvl 50 Jugg veng spec and a lvl 30 Sent. I agree totaly that at lower levels mara/sents are almost useless in pvp. They squish so fast and actualy getting onto a target and being able to stay on a target to dps is a royal pain. There again if they do, they bring the pain even at low levels. Having read the abilities and tooltips for them when they get to about 40ish i can see a mara starts his transition to an unkillable death machine. I accept that and am prepared to suffer the experience of being pancaked all the time in wz till i hit 45-50. Then I'm going to farm people. Bearing in mind its at lvl 50 where my toon will spend most of my game time played. My Jugg, as dps spec, its an interesting playstyle, leap about like a drug crazed monkey to get the maximum benifit from intercede and leap + 2/4p set bonus. Its fun and yes force push is key to maximising the dps output from a jugg dps. I would rather have a straight up cd that allowed me to dish out my max dps while taking zero damage. Sure I can change stance and guard people, use taunt but then as I dont have any talents in the immortal tree i am going to die real fast. Meanwhile my dps becomes laughable due to losing the talented benifits from the dps form, oh and losing rage generation while increasing the rage cost of my abilities.
  11. Smoke bomb and its equivilent isnt a stun smartarse. Its a disruption only and forces the sniper out of cover, leaves them free to run around and shoot still.
  12. cant remember but i do think commandos do have something they can lob at a sniper that breaks their cover which kills there ability to snipe. Think its similar to snipers own smoke bomb which does the same, lasts 6 sec iirc.
  13. Even if they did give you the ability to inturupt snipe, as someone noted, it can be an instant shot, if specced. Also you blow your inturrupt on snipe, that leaves you screwed for when he winds up ambush. If you dont like snipe, trust me, ambush hurts more and has a 10m knockback with a root. A well played sniper will pair with another ranged usualy. Even if they dont, they got so many kite tools you end up either looking a fool chasing them or dead. legshot, snipe, the explosive probe thing + instant shot, your on them at last, shiv, ambush, snipe, oh you got back on him, explode cover, snipe, maybe your alive still, flashbomb, snipe, finishing shot> you is dead. In that hes still got a melle def cd, a small self heal and energy recovery and another small damage reducing cd. Trying to go for a sniper 1v1 who is prepared for you, he will kill you while laughing at your rage. Personaly, ill leap at one once I see someones hit him with a cover disruption or I have seen he has used his cover knockback. Failing that if i have a pocket healer then I will go get him, hopeing my initial hits plus dots get him down. The other thing is to look at his energy bar, if its low, you got a good chance of ripping him apart as he wont have the energy to sue half his tricks. If theres 2 snipers, I look for something else to hit.
  14. What the last guy said. I have not had anyone other than 1 sage healer ever inturupt my ravage. He only does it as he realised that last tick hurts if he let the first 2 through. As for clipping, I saw early on there was rarely any point in doing so, yeah yeah, could gain an extra hit with more dps output. Thats a could/if/maybe. With people not inturrupting ravage the last tick was always a hit. I also noticed with ravage the damage hit them despite being well out of its range as long as the animation started when the target was next to me. the only ones it did not were those who could sprint or leap away from it. Simply backpeddling or running away did not let them avoid the 3rd tick. Then it was back to the sunder/pop rage/shatter/scream/vic throw to finish. With 1.2 im hoping the increase to ravager and ravage its self allows for a throw/leap/ravage/sunder/ shatter/scream/pop rage/impale/vic throw, gets a sage so fast he dies before he knows what hit him.
  15. The Op looks at the world through rose tinted glasses. An MMO released just as we hit 2012 with such hype and grand promises that fell far short of its own pre release description. Thats more like the review it should get. Theres no need to go into detail how for many the "stunning" game graphics are unobtainable. How the challanges of the FP's and Ops is only challenging due to the fact its only the bugs make them even remotely difficult to complete. How if you guessed wrong with your server selection your now sat on a dead server with no other option but to reroll on another server. losing all your legacy levels never mind having to start the game all over again. Thats if you can be bothered to. How despite being live for 4 months now the sheer volume of unrectified bugs and faulty game mechanics defies reasoning. How the "superb" world PvP failed so badly it is even acknowledged by the game developers as "redundent". How the game targeting system is one of the worst in the MMO market. Its an OK game to play if you play it without trying to hold it to the bull**** Bioware and EA hyped it out to be. Just don't get your expectations up that this game is ever going to be polished or last beyond EA's forecast projection for milking max profits for minimum input. Once they hit that the game will be rolled up.
