    Heaven forbid any of us actually enjoy the game. Having the right to cancel your account because you don't like the game is great. Complaining and assuming that all future games are going to be impacted is just rage.

    Sith actions are based on passion from what I remember of the lore. Generally passion has a way of obstructing logic. I just think the ability to be really evil and kill everything in your path (Geeze, makes me sound like a psycho.. haha) choice is pretty cool thing. For some reason it's just more fun in this game..

    Yeah, have the option for all classes to choose light or dark side is a great feature. I tend to lean more to the dark side with other toons as well. If I want to be nice, I do that outside the game. Inside, a whole different story.. heh.. I may make a light character one day.. But dark side is just more enjoyable at the moment.

    I'm at 10,000 (Dark V) and 0 Light points.... I enjoyed every killing I made.... The nice thing about being like this in the game is that it's all just playing and no one gets hurt.. Well, except the npc's left behind after all the carnage. I'm generally a nice person in real life but this allows me to enjoy the dark side (no pun intended) of myself without consequence.

    Thanks for the info.. Still on the fence about starting over again.. I guess I'll see how things go. I may just make a toon on a RP server and test out the waters. Thanks again for the info Much appreciated.

    ok - thanks for the info.. I thought there would be some rules regarding character creation and stuff... I'm thinking of re-rolling (ugh - lots of work) just because I'm looking for something different than the crying on my server.. Thanks again.

    ok so basically all interaction is based on character as oppose to outside of character? Did I get that right ?

    ok - here goes.. I've been playing MMO's for some time now and to be honest, I don't know what's the difference between an RP and non RP server. I know it sounds stupid but understanding that Role playing is part of the game, what is the difference based on server? Any info would be appreciated as I am thinking of rolling a toon on an RP server... Thanks in advance.

    The first to lines of my post were an attempt at some humor. Apologies if it seemed mean. After all - text has no tone... There are some things mentioned at the summit that have me shaking my head as well but in all honesty, I'm just going to play until I stop enjoying the experience and then move on. Have fun.... That's what it's all about.

    Did you close the open app or did you end the process under the processes tab? Sometimes a process will get stuck on....

    Sounds like your game is not closing properly. Check in the task manager under processes and stop anything there that says "swtor.exe" If all else fails - reboot the PC and try then. Hope that helps.

    Actually I have made 2 with the "3" red and both have turned pink. I thought I was seeing things wrong on the first, so I made a 2nd and the same thing happened. Not sure why but it is somewhat annoying to pick a skin color and then have it change.

    Logic would dictate that if you have a game go to lets say 2 million users, then a small percentage have issues - and yes, it's small. Maybe the issues are related to their actual computers... Unless they are claiming like shadows and companions getting in the way as game breakers.. Wait, I swore I wouldn't get into a debate about something stupid.. Forget I said all that.. Carry on.

    Run a trace router to the server address if you can find it and see if you are getting bad hops anywhere.. It may not be your ISP nor BW. It may be a path your data is taking along the way.
