@Prysha, Support for this! Sith Warrior gear is horrendous for people who hate the vader get ups.

@Koriandr I actually ended up getting those, thank you for the tip Theres something about them thats a bit off for me, maybe the color scheme or baldness under the hood.. idk. But its for sure better then what I have been forced to wear and didn't cost all that much, so thanks! @Malice Yeah kind of lame. I guess I can understand not wanting all Force using classes to just run around in Robes with hoods but Marauder gear is just horrific and straight up ugly on the eyes :s I guess I care a bit too much about my toons being visually appealing to me, lol. But if I gotta look at it while I play, I want it to be cool

Just curious.. are there any Modable Medium Armor Robes with a raised hood? So far leveling the typical Marauder gear seems to look like... Vader rip offs. Its just unappealing to me. I much prefer robes. If you know of any that you are able to do Mods with and could either Torhead link or let me know where to find them, that'd be awesome

Ah sorry I meant Bioanaylsis not Biochem, my bad. Keep mixing up the names for those. I figured that would give me 2 Gathers and then Dipo. So hopefully that works out to give me some spending credits later on and I can do some crafting on my next toon. Thanks for all the crew info and reasoning matches again And ah thanks for more info on the Datacrons. Maybe I'll just look up the strength ones when I got nothing better to do or something, thanks mate

Elmerpl, I really appreciate all the great advice and that thread was really helpful and I found several good tips so thank you very much for all of that And I really appreciate the advice about taking it slow and enjoying it.. Rooof and Redfurry I really appreciate all the info and advice on crew skills. Since you both said Dipo was good to do, I'm thinking maybe that and Biochem with Slicing? Also something I'm kinda unsure what to do about: Datacrons I only just now heard of them when I got to Tatooine. From what I took away from the guy talking about them, they perm boost a stat and theres a couple on every planet? My question, is it a big mistake to not have been getting these all along? Or are they like so hard to get I'm better off waiting till later and going back to get them all? Thanks for all the awesome info and help so far guys, you all have been great

Basically just wondering what things I should know as a new player to SWTOR. I've played for a few days now. I'm a Sith Marauder, Annih speced. From what I read Annih is more DoT focused, I tried finding a good rotation but I haven't unlocked half the abilities they were putting in them so I figured I'd come back to that later. For Crew Skills, I only have Slicing so far. Someone in game told me its good money. It seemed to be at first but I'm in the 250s now and I seem to be breaking even or barely profitting now :| is there a better Crew Skill? Or maybe I can pick up another now that I subed, haven't tried yet. I've played a lot of WoW so I know kind of the basic concept of things but so far TOR has been a lot more different then WoW then I originally expected. So yeah any good tips or info you have for beginners would be helpful and I really thank you for it. On a side note. Any suggestions for uncluttering the UI? .-. I know you can customize it but I can't seem to get my 3 - 6 ability bars to not be in the way wherever they are :s EDIT: Also, are add-ons allowed in the game at all or supported? Kind of missing DPS meter and stuff like that, could live without it though.
