Did I accept that it's not their fault? YES. So everyone lay off. I posted for help, not for criticism.
What I do feel IS their fault is the lack of support that their CS department can do in this case. There are rare cases, like this, where stuff like this happens not the fault really of anyone. I mean, I never even received an email stating that there was a problem with my payment or I would have just corrected it immediately. That's the problem I have, which I don't think is SO outrageous that it warrants everyone telling me to basically shut up, which I won't.
Now, with that said, if anyone has comments that are HELPFUL in nature, I would welcome and appreciate those.
