  1. What Helig said. The point was that the Inquisitor is...an odd duck. A Warrior's AC's come down to 'how many lightsabers do you want to wield?', but regardless they're an excellent duelist. The Inquisitor is different. They're only a skilled duelist if they choose to become an Assassin, but are still considered a force prodigy regardless. I feel like the story was written for the Inquisitor under the assumption that they were a Sorcerer.
  2. Likely due to technical limitations that comes from the Inquisitor wielding either a single saber or double saber in cutscenes. Even a Mara will only wield one of their sabers in cutscenes, but a double saber is an entirely different animal to animate for. Also, as mentioned before, the force is the Inquisitor's greatest strength, why would they default to a lightsaber when force lightning is a glorious long-range alternative?
  3. I'd even argue that, given how much more dangerous it is to wield a double-bladed lightsaber, an assassin should be far more skilled in lightsaber combat than the warrior considering they can, at best, flail wildly with a saber in each hand.
  4. Put some spoiler tags on those, seriously. You're ruining the end of the class story. My mistake, I've seen alot of pictures untagged in this thread surrounding the same event so I assumed it didn't matter. Will do.
  5. You seem to be implying that its a negative that one of the Assassin specs relies on sneak attacks despite the fact that the Inquisitor thrives on being a cunning SOB. My point is that the Inquisitor may be a force prodigy, but that does not mean that they'd be instantly torn to pieces if the Warrior got up in their face with a lightsaber.
  6. This is an excellent point. We're all assuming the Inquisitor has no lightsaber skill whatsoever despite the fact that there's an entire AC that focuses on its lightsaber combat.
  7. With his scouter - Forcing Scourge to wear Republic symbols on his shoulders -
  8. Considering how the Inquisitor has a nasty habit of getting killed and Forcewalking it off, my money is on the Inquisitor.
  9. Are you asking if your Sith Inquisitor can make babies with Ashara? Because considering how powerful your character is by the end of chapter 3 and all of the knowledge at your fingertips, I'm certain you can use the 'sith alchemy' excuse to drop a baby in her baby box.
  10. Core: Nephelo Full: Sin'Ephel'Odin
  11. After playing both the Warrior and Inquistor stories, I can say without a doubt that someone in development must have accidentally switched the stories.
  12. I can also confirm that this still works.
  13. Hello there everyone! Today I bring you a simple suggestion that is utilized in other games, that I think would be a nice little addition for people who finish their class story. I propose that, once you finish your class story, you receive a Holocron in the mail, or have one installed into your ship after you complete the final quest. Basically, this Holocron would allow the user to watch previous cut scenes in your class quests, sort of like other games such as Saints Row 2, off the top of my head. Some people like myself enjoy taking screenshots of our characters doing awesome things, or just like being able to review our story once it has come to it's conclusion. This would be an excellent way to do that. I don't know if technical limitations would be capable of factoring in all previous dialogue choices made up until level 50, or armor for that matter. But at the very least you could get the option to input your dialogue choices again when prompted, sort of like when you do a Flashpoint multiple times. It'd even be great if you could 'relive' some of the boss fights during the storyline for people who enjoy that kind of thing without having to re-level a character of the same class to level 50. Chalk it up to training or something. So yeah, those are my thoughts. I don't know how possible such a thing is, but I can't imagine it being completely impossible
  14. Thanaton may also be afraid of you eating up his ghost like Pacman after a power pellet once he's dead.
  15. Do what everyone else is doing regarding the Mass Effect 3 ending. Headcanon it.
  16. It also means role playing in the sense of pretending to be your character and interacting with other plays accordingly. You take your definition, and I'll take mine. And mine does not involve grouping, nor will it ever.
  17. At the end of the day, the SI is still a slave, and Thanaton is a traditionalist. The poster above has it right, a light sided sith is still a huge threat to him, but your origins as a slave is also something he detests. The Sith ideal is that only the pure deserve to become Sith, not slaves.
  18. It's an MMORPG. One could argue that all you're expected to do is role play with other people.
  19. You forgot the last three letters- RPG. Role Playing Game. The reason I enjoy MMORPG's so much is because there is a community to roleplay with. I don't want to group with anyone, but I like having people around to breathe life into the worlds and to interact with. But I don't like having to count on them not screwing something up when the combat portion of the game kicks in.
  20. I don't like grouping in MMOs, or any game that I don't already have real life friends playing with me. This is why I never do endgame content in any MMO. I don't like content that forces me to rely on the skills of others rather than just my own skills.
  21. The Sundervolt Legacy. Why? My main is a Sith Pureblood Sorcerer who's original family was demolished by a rival Sith house before thrown into their service as a slave. So since his family's legacy has been destroyed, he eventually rose to create his own; the Sundervolts- remnants of a fallen legacy. That and it's sort of a pun off 'Thunderbolt'.
  22. They sure did. I preordered in july and they never gave me a code. Even corporate ran out of codes. Hence why I'm now a 12/9/11 pre-order.
