  1. pandas>poor combat, sad but true. Canceled sub. Really tried to be optimistic.
  2. If this is a solution how realistic is it for the game devs to implement it? I hope they don't give up due to it being complicated.

  4. You misunderstood what i was getting at I think. It was said the fact that there is a delay in dmg or interrupt due to travel time is how it should be and is, I said it isn't that way already, hence that isnt the problem.

  6. Travel time is not the issue, it is the delay from the previous animation, at least that is what my gripe is, in the grenade example the dmg registers before the grenade hits so that isnt the problem.
  7. The damage from the grenade isn't delayed because of flight time, it is delayed because of the previous animation. The damage registers before the grenade hits.
  8. but wouldnt combat be better if they were ALL instant. No one is arguing FOR delayed abilities right?

  10. That's what i made the video for, this is unacceptable because timing can be everything at key points. If I hit my brakes on my car it eventually stops regardless, but if it is really slow at braking that could be a problem when it matters most.
  11. correct, i dont have a problem with the gcd, i have a problem with the dmg not lining up with it. As stated this is a ton of problems rolled into one thread. The dmg is delayed period, what if it was a interrupt and not dmg, or killing blow dmg before a heal went off. Thats the problem that you hit an ability and the result isn't always as instantaneous as we'd like.
  12. actually didnt notice a third target switch, the gcd goes off in a timely manner yet the dmg is not delivered in a timely matter due to the animation delay when chaining abilities.
