Normally I tend to side with the customer, but in this case: Suck it up. This is Bioware's game. It's their race. If they view 50 as "winning", then they're entitled to give their winners trophies. If there was a button to have my ship droid-butler come pick me up every hour or so, I could totally forgive his constant repainting of my room.

I tend to ask before I throw an invite. BUT if I'm in combat with an elite or boss-type mob in an area, I'll throw an invite to someone who shows up mid-combat. And I'll toss an invite if I show up late to a boss fight and thank them graciously if they accept.

It would be a totally different game. Not just not having the Star Wars univers, but the developers wouldn't be handcuffed by the Star Wars universe. If BW was this creative without having complete artistic control, what could they have done with that control? That said, I'm still enjoying my time in game as it is. Without Star Wars attached, I would probably have waited for some bugs to be worked out.

Mostly because you were born in Europe. Sorry Mate. But in all seriousness: if the game developers were in Europe, the U.S. players would probably be eating a bad maintenance time.

Yes, we live in a fast food world. Everything is wanted perfect and right now. But the best meals are still the ones that take time and care to prepare. You can't compare this game's launch to WoW's launch or even WoW today. What you can say is look how much WoW has grown, both good and bad through launch. If you and your trenchcoat wearing, angry posse friends want to leave and spew bile on the next 'big thing' that comes along (I pity the boards of GW2 when it launches) feel free. But know that you're leaving a lot of happy people behind. Not to mention, inadvertently making us happier. You throw a band-aid on a hemorrhage and it will heal.
