  1. Wow that sucks.... so all his employees have to share one copy?
  2. At absolute best that dates back to the days of beta. The sites you cited have not been updated since then.
  3. I would rather be dipped in bees before I'll have a magenta lightsaber blade. I would rather be dipped in hornets before I grind pvp enough to have a purple lightsaber blade. I would rather be dipped in velvet ants (which are actually wingless wasps also nicknamed 'cow killers') before I have a black cored lightsaber blade.
  4. Reverse engineering of WHAT if not something that already HAS the purple colored blade/bolt?? Have to have something to reverse engineer that has the purple. Crystal and then that gets you... What? The crystal? A schematic? Your assertion doesn't make sense.
  5. I lol'ed so hard I peeed myself a little.
  6. You forgot the part about how mgnta sabers are godawful ugly. We had ambulances in So Fla that color so you'd be sure to get out of their way. They were that ugly
  7. They could definitely have taken a few lessons from City of Heroes. NOTHING beats COH/COV for moddability. I could go back to COH and have my purple lightsaber right now http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/214/purplelightsaber.jpg/
  8. Ok, it's not SWTOR, it's City of Heroes.... but seriously, look at it. I've got my purplish energy sword and nothing horrible happened because I was able to do this without jumping through some insane hoops. It's just about customizing appearance. Come on Bioware, just let us do it. It's not like this game really lets us do much in customization to begin with. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/214/purplelightsaber.jpg/
  9. End gear is mod locked; it prevents their mods from being transferred to other gear. (I'm not sure if Bioware has actually stated that it was done intentionally but there is other non-orange gear that they said was supposed to be moddable that isnt and they're fixing it?)
  10. Even if what you are saying were true about them being craftable and requiring lvl 400 artifice to craft at all, they would still only be available to high level characters unless there are schematics for crystals usable by each level.
  11. None whatsoever. The problem isn't that Force Cloak doesn't work. The problem is IMMEDIATE reaquisition of the target. Use tactics that mitigate the causes.
  12. A person can't use items anyway. The character is what uses the items. And the companion is part of the character. It doesn't matter what little tab I'm on when I equip it. If I can go to the companion tab and be able to equip the item then that's good enough. I'm not always in groups, sometimes I'm soloing and when I solo, the companion needs decent gear equipped. People aren't entitled to not have their feelings hurt.
  13. QFT My companion is part of my character anyway. If I'm having to go solo a companion is there filling the void that another player should fulfill. If more people were wiling to group I might not feel the need to 'need'.
  14. No not bugged. But you CAN be detected through cloak. And if you're already in battle then you have enemies close enough to detect you. Some situations have greater risk of cloak fail. Know them. Solution: tactics, not workarounds. Put distance between you and them (pboe knockback attacks, Force Speed, etc). Stun nearest enemy if he's more likely to break your cloak. Set your companion to passive if he's likely to damage an enemy right when you're cloaking.
