  1. It would have to be instanced or you'll get the fleet lag in your duel. You wouldnt want that would you?
  2. There are only three roles. You want to be two of them at once or whenever you feel like? Why should BioWare listen to you when they can just tell you to roll another character. They'd lose thousands if they give you "two characters in one" because you all want the silver platter. What exists: "Hi, I'm a Trooper. Demolitions is my field" You want: "Hi I'm a Trooper. Demolitions is my field, but I'm also a certified Healer, Tank and professional fire fighting astronaut basketball player all at once!
  3. Glad to know they are gone but this patch seriously ****ed my game up to the point where I'd trade my current woes for ability delay.
  4. Terrible idea. Why would a light sided Jedi be allowed to wield a Sith lightsaber? The only difference is the artwork anyway. Why would BioWare waste valuable resources undoing it?
  5. Never gonna happen. 1. They can't speak Basic 2. They are not "near-human"
  6. Optimisation for everyone with competent PC's and are getting dicked with low FPS. We are not 5%, we are at least 20% minimum.
  7. Rolling Need for a companion or alt is unethical if you do it without permission first. They didn't do the flashpoint/operation did they? No, it was another physical player.
  8. Never. Get over it. You choose 1 role out of 3. Now you want to be another at the same time? Why would BioWare give you this? If you were smart, you'd realise a company would want you to reroll another character so you play more. Not give you the power of two characters into one.
  9. BioWare's trying to cover it up. They admit it exists but they only say that 1 in 20 people suffer the issue, it's more like almost 1/2 of the playerbase. I get it too.
  10. No it didn't. After NGE launched, SOE sorta just gave up and released lackluster game updates.
  11. I doubt it, it was BioWare's fault that allowed Ilum to be exploited. It wouldn't be fair to punish people because you were the original derp.
  12. There has probably been threads like this before. But why must some weapons be offhand only? There was this awesome statted and appearance pistol available for 14 Belsavis commendations which I bought. When I couldn't equip it to my main hand, I realised it was offhand only. Lucky for me, I'm a Gunslinger so I could use it. But seriously, the vendor only sold offhand only weapons. That's pretty stupid. Certain pistols or lightsabers or anything that requires one available hand should be able to be equipped into both. Not strictly limited to main or offhand. I r disappoint, (X something Saboteur pistol) would look awesome if I could have two... I know this isn't a MAJOR issue, but seriously, it's too restrictive.
  13. I'm having FPS issues. Can You Run It? gave me a score of almost perfect. It's incredibly annoying getting stuck around 10 - 20 FPS only to have to go normal, and back down again. Over and over, especially in combat. Changing settings does nothing, FPS is constant. Who says majority aren't having issues? You? If they fix it for the people who are, you who apparently aren't would get much better performance yourselves. Don't you want that? Before the game was released we saw footage of people playing the game at PAX and E3 on Alienware laptops. If they can run it decently which is ironic, because I have an Alienware laptop running the game ******. The problem has to be an issue with the game itself, whether it be the engine or just the optimisation. My specs are: Intel Core i7 1.20GHz (currently at 1.5 OC) 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 RAM Nvidia 1GB GeForce GT 335M 488GB Seagate ST9500420AS ATA Device All drivers are completely up to date. I run my games with Gamebooster. HDD is defragged and cleaned with Ccleaner. I've disabled various unnecessary services to speed up the CPU overall. Nothing works. Remember, I got an almost perfect score on Can You Run It? I know my rig isn't high end but it's good enough to run the game at at least 35 FPS on Ultra because I certainly could when I used to play Call of Duty.
  14. Corso is pretty much your best friend canonically. I always take him with me.
  15. it's 1GB Graphics. I could play CoD on Ultra and Saints Row 3 runs perfectly fine.
  16. The game isn't optimised and the engine it's running is from 2005 apparently. THAT'S the problem I think anyway.
  17. Intel i7 1.5Ghz Dual Core Windows Home 64 bit Nvidia GT335M GPU 8GB Dual Channel DDR3 RAM Can You Run It? gave me a score of 95/100
  18. Good day to you, sir! BioWare's story is about a near human doing stuff in the galaxy. Droids, last time I checked, are robots.
  19. I'm getting 15 FPS because the game decides it hates me, even though I've done alot to boost performance.
  20. EA forced them to release it, BioWare wanted to drag it into 2012. EA has a habit of forcing unfinished games into release and then wondering why they get alot of hate.
  21. The gamebreaking low framerate that for some reason, ISN'T high priority.
  22. Because droids are not sentient beings. Romance arcs would be zero and why would anyone follow a droid? Droids aren't programmed to think like sentient beings to the full extent. You should be worrying about other species (not Wookiees) that speak Basic that are similar to humans because that's the canonical story. A near human doing heroic stuff in the galaxy.
  23. And update your crappy engine and optimise the game so I'm not stuck with 9 FPS during an important fight.
  24. They did game demos on Alienware laptops and they ran like a charm. Mine has the same problem! What the hell, man! Changing the graphics or disabling lots of processes does nothing. There is something wrong with the game itself. The Can You Run It? tester gave me an almost perfect score with this game.
