i know for a fact i would'nt advertise samsung tv's for $99 for 3 months and on sale day pull a raincheck at 9.01 when doors open...... One of the elements of the s 35 provisions is that of reasonableness, and reasonableness will be dependent on the nature of the product that is being advertised, as well as the LENGTH of the sale of the advertised product. In ascertaining reasonableness, past practices may also be taken into account.

You miss the entire point...like ALOT.....i'm an adult, iv'e worked in retail for 19 years, my shop doesnt advertise a tv for $99 for months on tv and then just hours before the sale write or advertise 'sorry' i have none..... it's called bait advertising and it's illegal

you said it yourself my poor friend "They knew there was a problem and they posted it when THEY decided" not when the information became available, THAT is bait advertising.

The main point in which you all fail to grasp is the bait advertising employed......they KNEW ranked was'nt ready but did not disclose this until under 24hrs we're left till update, classic bait advertising.

Boggles the mind, major part of update removed 12hrs b4 release and you can't see that they KNEW it wouldnt be in there b4 hand.....hell i want stuff right in my mmo's we all do, but i don't appreciate the bait advertising, i resubbed because their vid shows ranked and a feeling of being able to test where i am in pvp and then suddenly right before patch it's pulled..... it all comes down to THEY KNEW, TELL US EARLIER
