  1. Unfortunately this isn't really anything to brag about 1v1 tank assassin/shadow is the best. Great damage mitigation, good damage, and plenty of cooldowns to win any fight. So this is where you are now after making a nerf operative/scoundrel thread 3-4 times a day for a month?
  2. Yeah it is pretty rough in huttball. Going over fire pit, get stunned to full resolve use CC breaker, then get chain rooted and die to fire. Pretty dumb considering a root is pretty much a stun to melee.
  3. So getting less than 5 kills in 15 minutes is working as intended?
  4. With all the nerfs to burst damage (operative/scoundrel and surge) healing is now too much. Tank/healer premades roll everything, can't even get 10 kill medal anymore. Considering that tanks only do 20-30% less damage than a DPS and the healers can do DPS in between healing, it isn't even necessary to have a DPS class. This is what happens when you nerf burst to the ground, healers/tanks live forever. Played 2 games now against healer/tank combos. Got 3 kills each game with over 200k damage. Not asking for a nerf to healers/tanks, just asking to bring back burst damage.
  5. Yes, tweak your mods for your playstyle. I generally rip out most of the accuracy mods and put in crit/surge/power stuff in its place. With the the commendation change you can buy up champion gear with the mods you need after you have a full suit and make whatever kind of gear you need. Also there is nothing wrong with Madness in pvp, very versatile and quite efficient. People think I am insane for running 14k hp 600 exp, but then when they see my damage they shut up.
  6. Wait, you mean you can no longer buy 20/40 gear before level 20/40? That is just stupid. Why would they make a change like that? Giving people less incentive to pvp level 10-49 now.
  7. There are quite a few problems with resolve as it stands right now. However the most game breaking problem is that root is not on it. If someone has full resolve they can still be chain rooted, for melee this is as good as a stun. Nowadays if you are going against a good team on huttball they will just chain stun you until you pop your cc breaker, then chain root you. Effectively stopping you from moving for 10+ seconds. This is quite an issue seeing as there is only a few abilities some classes can use to break root. Almost all of them are talented. Anyone else for or against having root added to resolve?

  9. You can't beat it with simple tactics, so you assume there will be a nerf. /facepalm Okay so lets break down some tactics for you. 1. Search for the stealth on your goal ledge and kill/knock him off. 2. Overwhelm the enemy team and take the ball from them since you have superior numbers. 3. Have one person on the goal ledge as the enemy ball carrier approaches from the pit. Find out what general direction he is headed in and the stealther will be there, wait till last second knock off stealther and intercept ball. 4. Get a smart Powertech/Vanguard to play goalie. 5. Get the ball first and rush to enemy goal line with ball, this messes up their tactics greatly since the majority of their force is on your side of the map. Do I need to go on, or is that enough counters?

    Bag 80+ BM

    So you can get 16 bags a week. 80/16 = 5 weeks. 7 days a week x5 = 35 days. So you started getting bags on 1/13. But the bag change patch was only 2-3 weeks ago. Why are you using a number prior to the date of the patch and expecting it to be 25%? So if you math it out. According to your numbers it is 13.7% Now cut off the bags you got prior to the patch and you are probably sitting at 25%. Working as intended?
  11. Actually if you watch the full video he kills some geared 50s with 5k+ crits as well. Also stims and adrenals aren't getting nerfed again they are just being able to be used by everyone who doesn't have biochem as well. Rakata's getting minor nerf but nothing that will stop those numbers from happening. Sorry to say but maybe you need to get your facts straight.
  12. Because giving sorcerers another ability that can hit for 2-4k is just unnecessary. However all classes get something similar to this. It makes pve easier but is unbalanced in pvp.

  14. My vote goes for assassin as well. Amazing burst damage, really good defensive cooldowns, a lot of CC, stealth, force speed, and on top of all that you are very tanky. Everything you need in pvp but heals.

  20. Not once in this thread did I complain about the changes, merely gave data to the OP about the changes. Also cleared up some misinformation floating around this thread.
  21. You are probably one of the worst. Especially if you are only in champion gear. Also the best players at this game don't complain about any classes. Just saying.
  22. Haha, you still mad huh. You even said yourself you hit 5.2k on your AE damage attack. Maybe if you were good you could get up to 7k. If you noticed in my first post I said "5-7k" which still stands. I guess you wont be happy until every class blows and you can own them all.
  23. This is also a common misconception. We cannot kill people in 3 hits only equal playing field end of story. Yesterday me in 11% expertise and my friend in 10% expertise tested all the damage before the nerf to see how big the change would be. Pre nerf I could only kill him quick if I crit every attack for this rotation.(with Fletchette round on of course) Shoot first>back blast>blaster whip> sucker punch>sucker punch. Which takes a total of 6 seconds. That is with ALL crits which is rare. He then demonstrated his combo on me (he is a gunslinger) and we timed it. When he gets ALL crits he drops me in 6 seconds. The only difference is I get a 3 second stun in the beginning. He can still stun, knockback, snare, and still do all his damage while doing it.

The marauder is pre 1.1, however it doesnt really matter because they nerfed scoundrels/ops off pre 1.1 data anyway. Also without buff stacking its only 30% less damage. So in short, please please for the love of everyone who plays this game. Learn to play.
