  1. There is an alien beside your Skill Mentor (in Fleet/Combat Training section, first room) which can gives an item that suppress 12x Experience Boost. So you can turn it off by this way.

  3. Obviously Bioware doesn't really care about paying customers in Europe to set some things such as maintenance times, event times according to European time zones in European servers. This is like this since the release of the game so I don't have any hope about a change in European servers unless more and more people open their eyes and want to be treated as a valuable customer by BW too. May the 4th be with you all Star Wars fans.
  4. It is viable enough to level with flashpoints since you find a group easier than a dps class but I don't think it is fun or easy or fast to level by questing.
  5. I recommend saving them for after 4th of May since 12x XP for class story is coming your character will be able to level up faster. Then you will need to update your gear often. You can buy all level commendation items from your fleet's Supplies section (bottom rooms actually). Those extra commendations were implemented for players catching up their fast levelling with their class stories, so they won't be undergeared. I don't recommend buying anything else at the moment. Since you will need lots of commendations on higher levels. You can just save them for now. Hope this helps
  6. 1- I would sell them all if I were you, if you don't want to use them. But know that there is an outfit designer now that you can use them for cosmetic purposes without worrying about their stats, mods etc. 2- I find spending some cash for ripping out their mods unnecessary. Because they are old and you will change those mods anyways. You can upgrade customisable ones with new mods, armorings, enhancements etc to use them later though. 3- Just sell them to vendor if you want to get rid of them. It is better. So in short if you won't use them, upgrade them with new mods or use them in outfit designer etc I recommend just selling them to any vendor. Welcome back to the game
  7. You don't need to buy anything. You can just play and earn your money. On later levels you will see you will gain money easily by doing things in game. So don't bother buying anything it is a waste of real money actually.
  8. Deleting BIT RAIDER folder only works if you can see ST letters bottom left corner of your launcher. If you can't see you can just hit settings button on the left of launcher and try to run repair manually.
  9. If you have your purchase confirmation email you can play Shadow of Revan. Note that for some reason it is not shown in game list but it doesn't mean you don't own it. Also know that you have to do some prequel quests before starting Shadow of Revan line in game. So don't worry if you don't see the prelude quest of Revan immediately after returning. You can check patch notes out for more information. See you in game

Did I say "Close your phone line, skype accounts or anything else and do all customer services via forum and tickets" ? Did I say "Hey players of SWTOR, don't use phone lines, skype accounts etc, use only forums and tickets" ? What are you really reacting against? Maybe you should consider replying my posts here after you read them because you are reacting on things without understanding a word of what I am trying to suggest here. Because as you said you vehemently disagree Maybe you should disagree calmly lol 1- Remember that this is a suggestion of mine. You can accept it or not. If other people accepts or denies it, it can be done or not done. But I have suggested this and you have absolutely no right to dictate and/or impose your opinions to me about not suggesting this or not. You can only disagree, that's all. 2- I really don't care about racing my MMO experience with a random person here. I simply don't care about lecturing either you or anyone else. I have absolutely no interest in your gaming career. I definitely don't know you and wanna know you. In any case you can't be an older gamer here or in wow than me, you can only be old like me in both games. And it is not the subject of this post either. So please don't change the subject to a personel challange. I have told the facts about a year after game's release. Even if you saw it or not, even if you accepted it or not, this game lost about 400000 subscriptions in a single month in the past mostly because of lack of customer service and hello again, this is much!! And I don't see them doing lots of things about rising their efficiency in forum or ticket system since then. Yeah they do lots of things for the game I agree but not for the custome service. I have seen hundreds of posts in forum every month about how Customer Service is not efficient in forums and tickets lately and they are actually losing players because of this. Even they admitted recently that they are not efficient in forums and said they are trying to find a way to be more efficient. So you want me to believe in you about how efficient they are while they admitted the opposite? If you don't believe me read the yellow post in Owen's post about renaming the Customer Service Forum. He even suggested to rename that forum too. Because they are not there and people are confused about why on earth they are not in a forum that they MUST be. Maybe it is not the case for phone lines, skypes etc but who cares? I don't suggest them to close their phone line. 3- I am helping people in Customer Service Forums everyday too. This is not a subject of this post either. Neither me, or Owen or anyone else represents customer service. I like community helping each other too, this is great. Yeah, we have created something beautiful together there but we are players and us helping each other willingly and gladly doesn't justify the fact that there is lack of efficiency in customer service representitives in customer service forum or tickets at all. I don't accept this as a customer. I don't accept this as a part of this family either. If they integrate a forum and ticket option for customer service they should be there to help people and use those options too. REMEMBER! This doesn't mean I suggest them to close their phone lines again. (I don't know how many times will I have to remind this to avoid your same reaction actually ) I am not trying to ruin customer service here, know this. I am trying to get it more efficient than today and it is all for community not for your or my sake only. Yeah, it is unfortunate for deaf people but I didn't hold CS responsible about his condition, I hold them responsible about leading a deaf person to phone line and this is absolutely ridicilous. They are fellow players and they may need help too. If there are options for them to get the help they need, they have all the rights to use them without necessarily a player calling them silly or customer service leading them to another service that they can't use! I saw your point and opinion about the matter. You didn't understand me at all, reacted me like I suggested them to close their phone lines. You can use any services as you wish I really don't care who uses what. I want everyone to be able to use anything to solve their problems. Thanks for your opinions, We can just agree that we disagree each other. I really would like to hear other players' opinions too about this subject instead of arguing same things over and over again.
  11. I disagree your opinion too. There is a ticket system here which should be perfectly safe to solve any problems but in tickets they lead people to phone line or forums with auto messages which is an insult to a customer who is seeking help from customer service in every possible way. Because there are noone who is representing Customer Service in Customer Service Forums which they lead in tickets either. So of course nothing can be solved there. Only players are trying to help players. So only option left is calling them. Then why bother opening those options? If they can't solve anything via one of those platforms then there is no meaning in both to be remain as a customer service option. You know you are also being rude here by calling people silly because they can't call customer service! I tried to help a guy in Customer Service Forums, even argued a bit with him defending Customer Service he hated but in the end I agreed with him. Because he said "I am deaf and I can't call them" Now what? His problem will remain unsolved? He should find a person who is no deaf? He said he wrote his problem via ticket and customer service first lead him to forums, he came and asked in forums he couldn't find any customer service there either. Then he opened another ticket and they lead him to phone line. HE IS DEAF FOR GOD'S SAKE. What kind of a customer service can't serve anything in platforms they created at the first place? Your opinion is unfair for those kind of people too. They created lots of options but they just can't use them efficiently. This is the only silly thing here. Also in all other MMOs phone is not a necessity at all either. For example in Wow (as it is compared with SWTOR a lot around by people). You don't have to call Blizzard to solve a simple stupid problem. Yes they have some auto messages too in their ticket system but %99 of the cases can be solved via it. If an issue is inappropriate to discuss in forums, they can be solved in tickets too but only phone line? This is plain ridicilous. Heads of Customer Service are burried in sand like an ostrich now. They are enjoying themselves at the moment but let me tell you a story. This game was the fastest growing MMO when it was released and then lost about 400k of subscribers in a month or so. One of the most important issues about losing that many players and hence implementing free to play not to lose the game was lack of an efficient customer services and today it is still an issue. If they won't find a way to increase their efficency in customer service they will lose more people in time and will be break the record of fastest shrinking MMO around . Visit Customer Service Forums and see it yourself how big deal this is. Especially count the messages who can't be solved there. I don't say phone line should be closed. I say it should be an option instead of a necessity...
  12. There are lots of platforms that a player can have customer service but there are no customer service at all out of phone line. All CS do via tickets are leading people to either Customer Service Forums where there are no representitives and/or their phone line. Do you know how many people live on the other side of the world that are playing this game (if they call you they will pay a fortune to their phone bills) or how many people can't call you for various reasons? So phone line should be an option instead of a necessity in my opinion.

( If it was already written here , excuse me cause I couldn't find it ) I would like BW to rename Customer Service Forum to anything else (Most likely Community Help System or Players Help Service or anything else) or assign a customer service representitive there. Because this issue is still valid. People expect a customer service representitive when they see the name as Customer Service Forum. But customer service don't write anything there lately. All they see is players trying to help other players. Also that forum is mostly used as a complaint line about customer service. People go there to vent some rage about their problems or lack of help from customer services etc. It should be handled somehow or renamed or closed as it is confusing people about they can really get help from customer service there, but they can't. A complete void, chaos, a massive black hole. We do nothing with each other, other than fight I don't recall getting married to her. If my companion ignores me I want her to tell me she had an headache instead of staying beside me quietly

    You can move anything around but about colors you can't do it. It can be a nice suggestion for dev team though Why don't you suggest them in related forum? +1 from me
  17. I don't think in normal circumstances you can die with a level 50 tank so quickly on Ilum. If you leveled him up to 50 you can easily kill those mobs. But maybe your problem is you forgot how to play with your character after all those years. I am pretty sure that it will seem easier while you keep on playing and get used to your character again.

    UI mods

    If you are asking for third party modifications, addons etc you can't do those in this game since it is not allowed. If you are asking for UI profiles you have before and where to put them in your new download : I have Windows 8.1 and UI profiles are in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings\GUIProfiles for me too.
  20. I have toons around level 32-35 and I seem to have 12 comms per quest. It may be like what you said. If you are supposed to have 3 comms for a quest (my other toons got 3 last nights before the patch for the same level quests) you will seem to have 12 comms per those quest.
  21. I have updated the game perfectly without any problems in 15 minutes. I have a 5 years old pc and a slower internet than most of you I wanna roll out the red carpet for all haters to the exit. Haters are gonna hate this game anyways. You would fit perfectly in WoW with all those kids. I wish you a good ragequit and good fights with others in WoW in the future

About selecting all three gathering skills, yeah you can sell low level gathering skill items easier than crafting skill items at the moment maybe but difficulty and expense of levelling them is entirely about how you play. If you level up with flash points and/or warzones you will have hard time levelling up any crew skill (including gathering one) anyways. If you stick with planets more you won't need GTN to buy items. You can just stick around that planet enough not to need for those level items anymore and go on to the next planet etc. You will level something anyways so I recommend that you look at some guides around as which skills are best for the class you play and level them up. Choose it once and go with it. Don't change it so often. You will level it eventually and credits will follow anyways. If you can not sell for example a level 2 crafting skill armor you can sell a level 11 armor for a pretty descent money. If you stick only with gathering skills you only make money for selling their items or send them to your alts to craft items for your original toon but your skills wouldn't be so helpful to you. Also as I see around everyone recommends going for 3 gathering skills. I think somehow in the future you will sell them for pretty low prices because so many people will do same tactic. So I guess levelling a skill which is helpful to you firstly is better. Of course it is a matter of choice I just wanted to mention my opinions about the subject Have fun and have lots of credits
  23. None of your quotes does mean that you can send and/or transfer your bound commendations to your alts though. We are talking about this here. You can spend them, gain mods etc, you can send those to your alt and even refund them with your alt but you can't send and/or transfer the original commendations you gained. I hope it is clear now.
  24. Tell your toon to read my post carefully next time Obviously you didn't transfer or send Basic Comms you did exactly what Adric_the_Red told above You CAN'T send basic commendations at the moment, sorry.
  25. There is no way for transfering Basic Comms you gained as they are bound to your character who gains them. But as it is written you can buy stuff for either selling and gaining more credits or posting their mods etc to your other characters to refund them.
