I do understand that buddy, my complaint is that they tell me the issue is "resolved" which it clearly isn't. It wil be resolved when it's fixed.

An email that reads: "Your report has been forwarded to our development team, who will investigate further. We regret that we will be unable to provide you with further updates on this issue" is NOT "resolving the issue"!. What it really means is "Hopefully this bland message will give you the impression that we give a damn about your problems, now go away and leave us alone" "Resolving the issue" should mean FIXING the problem, or suggesting possible solutions. The stock reply from CS is a symptom of laziness and indifference!

Now they're scheduling maintenance down time on a WEDNESDAY , the same times as Blizzard , so we can't even go back and play WoW during the down time. They're trying to teach us a lesson not to complain when we're P'd off. Petty isn't the word.....

It's just another symptom of American self centredness. Just because we don't live in the (ROFL) "Land of the Free" (sni gger), we don't matter. Most Yanks don't even know where Europe is, let alone give a damn.... I'm seriously considering going back to WoW - at least Blizz schedules maintenance at sensible times

Once again, we in Europe have to wait while EA deploy a patch in our daytime. There's no VALID reason why server downtime should not be split US/Europe. It's the usual self centred American attitude that we've come to know all too well. We don't live in the "Land of the Free" (rofl), so we don't count.

Can't find any info on the Legacy System. I'm accumulating Legacy points, but there seems to be nothing to use them for. Searches on SWTOR site and forums have no info. There are posts mentioning Legacy, but ppl seem to assume everyone knows what it's about

I have no problem with maintenance shutdowns as such, but timing shutdowns for both U.S. and European servers at the same (U.S.) time is stupid, as it means that while for U.S. players shutdown tends to be in the middle of the night when few people are playing, for European players they happen during the day, thus inconveniencing many more people. It's a symptom of a lack of consideration for non-Americans. We Europeans are the poor relations....:mad:

Why can't European servers have their maintenance downtime at a more civilised time instead of the same time as American servers. The time zone difference means that Euro servers are down during the day, whereas US ones are in the early hours of the morning when fewer ppl are on line. Blizzard can do it with WoW, there's no real reason why it can't be done on SWTOR, or are we so unimportant compared to the almighty USA?

The queueing times have been outrageous. The demand was so badly underestimated - how could anyone with an ounce of intelligence not realise that huge numbers of people would log in at the first opportunity.
