Cause it seems to be the same beta. Where's my high res textures ? Why is the grass growing 30m in front of me while on High settings ? Why is my female smuggler running funny while having the blaster out ? Why my tickets are Closed while unresolved ? Beta ? Seems so. Early beta, even. Poor job Bioware, very poor job. I don't care about server queues, non-existant customer support, but the game as a whole has an unfinished feel. Fanboys, if you post telling me I'm crazy, you must be delusional yourselves, so just don't. No amount of love for Bioware (which I always admired) and Star Wars (which I will still love) can change the fact that this game was not ready for launch.

/signed Many things in this 2011 game are disappointing. And the way BW handles this stuff is pathetic, almost zero communication, almost no feedback.

You don't have a clue about what an appearance tab is don't you ? Let me explain. 1. You have your gear tab. That's gear that has STATS on it, and you MOD this gear. 2. You have the appearance tab. Gear put here changes your character LOOK. See ? No relation. Equiping a piece of gear in an appearance slot (lets call it wardrobe slot) only changes the way that slot LOOKS. Nothing else. Rift has a very nicely implemented wardrobe system, you can have more than one, and they don't occupy bag space and can be switched on the fly. Check it out to see how it works.

Guess what's the method of keeping the numbers down ? I'll tell you, nerfbat. Then, overnight hordes of sorcerers will reroll something else. Haha. Expect a nerf in around 3 months after launch, once BW will have solid statistics each class. Happens in every MMO, everytime.

Oh well, time to reroll on another server then., but not tonight, I had enough for today.

Oh, and the server I rolled on is filled with Russians and Serbians, flooding /1 and other public channels. Damn I had a very bad start ...

Is there such a server ? Preferably PvP, but right now I would go even on a PvE one, /1 is unbearable on The Ravager. I'd love to see BW enforce somehow server language.

I am a man, that's why I say **** Republic. Players in warzones don't even read the chat, tried telling a guy to stop running from me so I can heal him... neah just charged directly into a bunch of Sith, him having 20% HP. Guess what happened...

No I'm not gonna play republic and I'm gonna tell you why: 1. Sick of playing Alliance in WoW. Frustrated for years, but kept playing because of friends. F**** friends. 2. Most people playing Republic are ... "dreamers", "closeted RPers". They don't have a PvP mind, aren't competitive enough to practice and get better. 3. A lot of people playing Republic are at their first true MMO. They're clueless and would take years for them to get better. So basically yes, screw this, it's not worth it.

So sad, warzones are just Empire facerolling a bunch of clueless, slow reacting Republic people. So yes, it is official, Republic is the new Alliance. Not too late to reroll and join the dark side, at least they have cookies. Flame me as much as you want, this is the truth.

People, take a deep breath and read the OP. he didn't say they are OP, just FOTM. FOTM based on looks and abilities most probably, all the cool kids like to shock people. Then they die. Still, they are FOTM, so when BW will notice 20% of total population being Sorcs -> nerfhammer. Happens everytime, in every MMO, that's how they keep population/class balanced. To all ragers who actually play a Sorc, when the nerf will hit I'll be laughing at you.
