  1. I'm just really frustrated that this long, solo quest line ends in a heroic at all. Takes 5+ hours to reach that point, then it's like oh, you can't finish this on your own. Sorry. I went to Nar Shadda to see if I can find a group. No other 50's were there. This doesn't need a nerf, it needs removed. A quest shouldn't start out as a soloable affair, than turn into a heroic. Or make it staged like makeb weekly. Where I can do it by myself, or with a group if I choose and I get more.. something.
  2. I make characters with a certain symmetry in mind. I knew I was going to have 8 50s, so I needed 1 of each class, and the 2 same classes (i.e. IA/Smuggler) had to be the opposite specializations. Then I took it further and have 4 Light Side (2 on Empire/2 on Republic) and 4 Dark Side, and 4 female characters, and 4 male characters (Again, 2 each on Empire/Republic). I also have 1 human for each side, and than the other 3 are different races.
  3. I like all the ships honestly. I do wish that knight/consular and inquisitor/warrior got different ships but they both look good. Agent - Definitely the cleanest, sleekest ship to look at. Inside is nothing special. Smuggler - Feels like the largest when you look at it or run around it. The trip from cockpit to ship exit feels like a jog though. Knight/Consular - I love the huge engines, and the interior is compact but easy to move around (Might be the shortest trip from cockpit, dive over railing, ship exit) Warrior/Inquisitor - Love the look, just feels right for the class. Inside feels kinda cramped, but that's just to keep your Sith angry and full of hatred. "Blast this cockpit is too small. I shall save this anger and unleash it on my next foe." Trooper - Not much to look at it, but the interior just suggests function. Storage room, armory, med bay, bunk room, war room. It feels right to me. BH - What a cool design! It may look like a beat up old ship, but I love the engines that drop down. Outside of the entrance, it doesn't remind me of Slave I. Slave I was essentially resting on it's back. The inside also suggests function with the holding area, and armory/storage at the back of the ship.
  4. If you look closely at the bottom of your jet pack it says 'REPLICA' and is not intended for actual use. Seriously tho, if we could fly around in our jet packs: than troopers would want their drop shuttles, agents would want disguises, and smugglers would want to do the Kessel Run.
  5. I'll never understand ppl who get misty-eyed and a far off look in their eyes when you mention SWG. SWG had some of the worst aspects ever conceived of in a game. All the great things people love to talk about were nearly entirely made possible by players, not the devs. With the exception of space combat, which most ppl had jumped ship well before that, the rest was a broken, crack-inspired mess. Player communities, roleplaying on a massive scale all because of players desperately making up their own content. There isnt a comparison between TOR and SWG. SWG was a broken game that didnt do 90% of what it said, TOR is wow gameplay witha singleplayer storyliine, that 90% of the TOR forum acts upset because it does that very well.
