  1. aww, I thought it was going to be a bit more of the Andronikos romance, as my inquisitor did not romance anyone else. Also just pointing out that Theron is still hanging out in the Alliance area, even after crisis on umbara...
  2. Exact same problem, stuck at the exact same point (56% install game client 229). I do not have a bitraider symbol on launcher, or bitraider file in games folder, so no luck there. I tried the launcher repair utility, no luck.
  3. mine is also stuck at 56% installing main asset...been that way since last night, so not just slow, it's stuck. Can't hit the repair button as patching is not done. Not sure what to do short of uninstalling the game. Really don't want to have to redo my keybindings etc again!
  4. [Republic/Empire] <Aperture-Science/Black-Mesa> the Science Community Aperture-Science/Black Mesa are social sister guilds on Red Eclipse. We are English speaking guilds, but have members from all over the world. We are PvE oriented, and have weekly story mode operations on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and have casual progression hard mode operations on Fridays and Saturdays(imperial side), Sundays and Mondays(republic side). We use mumble as our voice chat. Some of us dabble in PvP just for fun. We have social events for special occasions, taking advantage of our Guild ships and Strongholds which are now well equipped with all the utilities one might need. These events have included speeder races and Star Wars quizzes in the past, but we are working on bringing new fun things to do for next time. We can help with content and leveling, crafting and gearing, including the 10% experience and reputation bonus. While we have not yet flexed our conquest muscles, we have made the leader boards on occasion and look forward to trying it again in the future. We try to cover all aspects of leveling including datacron hunts, and heroics runs. While we are aware that the cake is a lie, we are now experimenting with cookies, which we believe may turn out to be real. To further our research, we need tasters of all levels, the main criteria for adding more to our ranks is to be nice. Look us up and register here : http://aperture.guildlaunch.com/
  5. Hey, Aperture-science/Black Mesa are social casual pve guild, English speaking, but we have members from all over. Whisper any of our members for an invite
  6. Aperture-Science is a social Laboratory. Helpful Scientists looking for new Test Subjects! Gship and Gvault included, enjoy the Reputation and Experience 10% boost. Now experimenting with new cake recipes! We are a casual PVE guild, with a sister imperial guild called Black-Mesa. Look for any of us in game for an invite
  7. Why is it asking me for one of those every single time I log in today?
  8. I agreed that you should use your ship to get places, obviously, but to have a ship pass means you can get there by default, without having to go through areas with long loading times twice. I do not use the security vendor.
  9. There should be a skill or pass to load directly into your ship from anywhere that fast travel is available. This would help dramatically for those of use who experience long loading times. For the Black Hole dailies for example, Corellia takes ages to load, it would be much faster If I could beam straight to my ship, without having to go through the spaceport once they are completed.
  10. This would be the best solution IMHO, this way you are not having the trolling issues everyone keeps talking about with a lfg tool, and you can play with people from other servers that you already know.
  11. I guess the technology is hard to get working, but in GW1, you can log in and transfer to any server, meaning that if you log on at 3 am, just jump to an Asian server to get high populations, and you can stay in touch with people from all over the world if you enjoyed gaming with them. If you get lag, go to some low population server. We have a guild which spanned from the US to Singapore.
  12. Another way to look at the problem is to have universal server cross over all the time, as in Guild Wars, in this way there is no problem with population overflow, and if you happen to be the one person awake and playing in Europe, you can play with others on the Asian servers, or where ever the population happens to be. It circumvents the 'dungeon finder' attitudes.
  13. I have to disagree, having played Wow, and Guild wars before that, I have found SWTOR very friendly. Wow has been the worst trollling I have ever experienced. Swtor has so far been rather friendly. It is not a generational thing, I am an older gamer, and really don't think it is an age factor by any means. 4 people teams do work, although there is few enough to do FP at the levels they are supposed to be played at, but now that I can do them in HM, I will catch up on the ones I missed. Be open minded, and it is more fun!
