  1. To be fair, I'm sure they wanted to address any service/client bugs before the next day batch. To some degree, the first batch was the pre-release testers to catch anything nasty before they crank open the pipe. (Note, I'm also still waiting to get in.)
  2. Why are you here? Darn, I won't read these forums again once I'm in.
  3. I could see them keeping the initial waves small to permit fixing any critical server issues found before too many are in. I understand the logic of their plan and a few days wait has zero impact on me. But humans are not always logical (read any history book for details) and people are really excited about getting into the game. Given the pull of the game is emotion (ie, the story), they miss that aspect of their consumers. Just wish people wouldn't be so nasty... (see reference to any history book, not a new thing). A proud level 0 player.
  4. You are thinking about old school MMORPG designs. SWTOR supports multiple instances for the same area. For example, there could be 10-20+ instances of Hutta to keep players divided up.
