I'm getting an error message when I attempt to log into SWTOR's game client. It says: "The login service is temporarily unavailable. Please visit our forums for the latest updates on the status of this service." But, I haven't see any reports, or any posts regarding this issue for at least an hour, so my guess is this isn't a server issue. I have restarted my computer and still get the same message. However, I am able to log into the SWTOR website. Any ideas on what else I need to try in order to fix this issue.

I logged in a couple nights ago to find that I had lost all progress on the Qyzen Fess quest, Stalking the Score. I had talked to Qyzen and accepted the quest. I had accumulated 15 or 16 trophies from the beasts of Hoth over the previous week or so, but had not turned any in, so they were just sitting in inventory. However, now they are gone, and the quest is acting like I have never talked to Qyzen. I have gained no influence with Qyzen. As people have pointed out, the farming of these items is a bit time consuming, especially for a more casual player. It feels really bad to lose what amounts to me as a weeks progress doing something I'm not a huge fan of. I've also filed a bug report through the in-game interface.
