  1. The Juggernaut Force Charge does not reset after battles, even though I have the Seething Hatred utility. Nor does the cooldown get reduced in battle from the Warmonger utility
  2. I used one on my level 41 or so warrior... With the result that my speeder piloting is stuck on level 3 (I made a ticket of course... no answer yet). So just beware of using them on above-first level chars..
  3. I remember having some toons at mid-levels, when 12x XP and Epic xp hit, respectively.. They finished Corellia (class missions only), severely underleveled. (5-8 levels below).. This is simply because I had done most of the content BEFORE the bonus xp periods and thus my toons could not take full advantage of said periods... It's just the way it is.. I made a new stealther (Shadow) after the 4.0 changes and ran her un-guilded (but with the free xp bonuses from mission rewards). I stealthed through anything I could, ran Class- and Planetary- Missions and the Heroics on each planet.. Nothing else... The heroics kept her fully geared in at-level blues (Relics, implants, offhands and earpieces included) for every slot except mainhand, which for some reason was excluded... I used I few greens I picked up (for the mainhand) and took comms as every reward I could (even though I didn't need to use them for anything..) I hit 65 before I left Corellia. My point is: If you have a partly-leveled char, before a bonus-period or changed-xp period, you cannot expect to level exactly the way the Devs describe.. As that requires following the stated path all the way from level 1. (And sometimes using the freely granted bonuses). You will need to do more. If you start from level 1 within the frame of any given xp-path, such as 12x, Epic or 4.0, you should stay within the stated levels, IF you do the necessary missions (Class- and Planetary- for 4.0) or find alternate means to do so. And... Using a stealther requires you to either not stealth through everything or complete more than the minimum stated missions, as you do not get xp from mobs along the way...
  4. Oddly enough, I've found the complete opposite to be through.. On my sorc healer, I've run several HC Star Fortresses with Senya as my tank and a pair of pickup DPS. So far, it's worked wonderfully and far better than when I tried to run with a trinity pug or a three-deeps one. (Heck I soloed all but the Exarch successfully in starter-65 gear and with Senya at low influence..) Soon I'll go back for a rematch. Senya's healthbar only ever dipped momentarily, when fighting the Exarchs and she had no trouble whatsoever keeping aggro against the deeps.. If that speaks mostly of her or my pickups, I'll let fate decide. I'll say though that with the multi-grapple, which will grab anyone and everyone regardless of whether or not they are currently in combat with us, I prefer a healer comp, when running around in the world. Just to minimize the hassle. But in the Star Fortress Heroics, they're tanking all the way..
  5. It binds all living things together.. Thus, premonitions may or may not be affected by droids.. Since they are not, strictly speaking, alive.
  6. Several of the heroics have this exact problem.. You solve it by: a) Turning off area loot, and clicking each mob individually. (This works, where more than one mob in a group drops a quest item). b) Making absolutely sure, you click the dead mob WITH the yellow drop. (Works if just one mob drops a quest item) I've run all the imperial heroics twice now, this week and last and this issue has happened to me at least 15-20 times in various heroics over the course of that time.. Not always the same ones either..
  7. Oh yes... I cannot agree more... It is an absolute pain, as it is now.... And to the nay-sayers.. Who cares about reality? This is a much needed Quality of Life change for a game...
  8. Not that I will argue against the return of the gear vendors.. But... When you level, Heroics now give you blue gear appropriate for your level as mission-rewards. - I believe the visuals of this gear is similar to the old vendor-moddables, but I could be mistaken. I am currently leveling one toon, which I keep fully geared (Relics, implants and ear-pieces included) solely by running each planet's heroics once I arrive. It gives xp, creds and updated gear all for an extra hour or two spent on any given planet. This may not be the preferred way for everybody, but it certainly works for me. (And it saves comms) - Heck, based on my chars current level (40-something at the end of chapter 1), you can limit your leveling to class-mission plus heroics and still do just fine xp- and gear-wise, while leveling. (This toon is not in a guild, but uses the all-around xp-bonuses from quest-rewards.) As for the oranges: Once you get to level 65 and start accumulating Alliance Crates, almost every unlocked crate (i.e. the crate you get back, after turning the locked one in) has a piece of BtL Orange gear, which is based off some of the old tiered gear-sets, as far as I understand it. - And you get a LOT of those crates. So to be honest, I believe we have gotten a net gain of easily accessible oranges. Not a loss.
  9. For me, the new way of using Heroics is a very nice touch, as far as grinding goes.. And yes, it's a grind.. But so were the dailies and the heroics have completely replaced those for me.. I get to rack in loads of creds and get alliance crates besides. I'm currently leveling up another stealther, so I have one on each side. (Thus giving the heroic run some variation). This way, I can switch between sides, when I get too tired of running one sides' heroics and thus it adds some variation to my dailies, which is a very nice bonus. - And with the Alliance Crates being BtL, you can make a toon strictly for doing the heroics in the most effective/enjoyable way and then just fork the results over to whatever char you want them on.. With 40 slots total, available, it shouldn't be a problem. With regular playing hours, and adding some FPs and OPs (as well as leveling new toons) to the schedule, I'm pretty sure I can only run one set of each sides Heroics a week. That makes the 'daily run' a LOT less tedious. As does the straight-to-gate transport system, which means I don't even have to spend time actually getting to the heroic. Good times. :-)
  10. I am aware this is not a complete reply to your wish... BUT... I've been doing the heroics, as I level, on a new toon and noticed that at the end, you get a box with two pieces of blue gear suitable for your class and the level of the heroic. I cannot be absolutely certain of this, but I suspect these items are visually based off the comms gear, as they look very familiar. Even then, you are limited to only the set for your class, but at least you can get the "old" style look that your class was meant to have at some point.. And with the Outfitter, you can keep it for as long, as you want.. - Incidentally, I've also found it to be an excellent way of gearing up while leveling, without spending comms on anything but main- and offhands...
  11. Well, remember the conversations with Lana. She specifically mentions that only some people from the Empire and Republic have joined you. The Empire and Republic itself...are still busy fighting each other. Even after the separate truces with Zakuul. - I specifically noticed this, when Lana mentioned it, because I thought at the time that it was probably made part of the conversation to explain why the old planets were still Rep-Imp war zones..
  12. I got one Datacron yesterday, on a low-level Rep character, when I ran a Nar Shaddaa heroic. (From the Weekly Terminal) I ran all the heroics (save the bonus heroic on Makeb) earlier this week on a level 65 post-chapter 9 Imp char and got none. I don't know if running them from the terminal sets them differently than doing so from the actual quest-giver. As for the pets, there was a dude on Yavin, who always seemed to drop a pet. He was a stand-in for the powerful named champion, who stood at a corner of the pyramid in the temple-courtyard (or whatever it's called). With stand-in I mean that I sometimes found him there, when the champion did not.
  13. Oh yes.. You had me in tears of laughter at this one Bug..... And in need of a psychiatrist after the mental image of a grumbling Sith Warrior.. A Sponge... And the Imperial Bathtub..... That is wrong on sooooo many levels... Brilliant....
