I'm not sure how long ago this was brought up i do remember reading about it over a year ago on the forums. so here goes the codex entries for datacrons on dromund kaas are incorrect it says there are supposed to have 6 datacrons though the Explorer's Guide book says there are only 5 and because of this issue i cant locate the 6th? datacron on the planet keeping that part of the codex open Has this issue and the issue on korriban with the locations for codex entrys been fixed , if not when will this happen ?

So over the past two months i have been reading posts that the customer service from bio is the worst that they don't take care of issues in a timely manner or don't respond in an appropriate amount of time. i had my first real issue last night with the game (after the update i was unable to log into the game launcher but still could access the web site) i called the PHONE # and the issue was corrected in about an hour. yes it was a slight inconvieniance that i was unable to log in but i understand that the game is new just a baby right now. Customer service is doing every thing they can folks try to be patient and help them to help you. don't let the frustration win it's a good game despite the issues you or i may have with it and it's a fun game well worth the money in my book.
