I just realized i just repeated what everyone on this thread said... anyways thats my spill. oh yea. BUFFS up.

Im new to mmos as well. This was my first mmo and ive been playing since Dec but ive been reading the forums alot as well. I got ***** by him the first time around myself. I actually had to get a friend to help me out to get past him. Now my second time around again with a jk and a little more knowledge I was able to beat him at lvl 25 with Kira. All I remmeber ppl saying on the threads were 'Interrupt 'Interrupt' 'Interrupt'. I didnt even know what an Interrupt was.. anyhow. Also, most important like others said in this thread as well was position yourself in front of or under the ship so you don't get pushed back from his force attacks. What I did was these steps this time around. 1. Popped a might stim. 2. Sent in Kira first to tank. 3. Use Force stasis on his first force charge attack. ( U should get stasis around this lvl I think. ) 4. Force kick for his next force attack (by this time I think Kira was on her last leg). 5. Popped a medpac to get my health back. 6. Just kept ****** wiht my slashes and other critical attacks. 7. By this time he was pretty low and beat him.

I havent learned any schematics. How many are there? How often can I get new ones? What do they do? What will I be able to do?

ok so let me start with this: Crystals. Is there a particular type that I can only use to craft? For ex I have: (1) Nextor crystal (1) Red Opaque crystal (1) Firkhan crystal (1) Red Solid (1) Blue Solid cystal (1) green amorophous (1) exquisite yellow (1) green opaque (1) darthor crystal (1) bondar crystal ok, so these are all crystals that i either find in my game when im scanning with my skill, OR, what i get back from sending my companions. Now my question is this, what the hell are all those for? Are they all usable? Are only a few usable? Are they a bunch of random named ones that i cant use at all? Can i tell what ones I can actually use for crafting just by the name? I'm just lost, all im finding is a bunch of weird named crystals, can we start there?

ok now we're getting somewhere. so first im understanding this, i can't do anything wihtout getting a recipe? Q. Whats a recipe? how do i know hwat levels i need to be at to get started crafting a certain item with my skill?

SO, is there a specific lvl of crafting tha tyou have to reach before you can start crafting stuff for yourself? cuase im also stuck like the other guy , all of my slots are just random crystals and i have like 40 of them. I have artifice, arch, and treausre hunting. wth do i do? so lost with crafting, havent crafted anything yet, and if i can at my currently level, then how? my lvls are artifice - 28 arch - 196 treasure - 52

can you give me an example of how to make a saber crystal out of these 40 miscallaneous crystals that i have in my inv? I just dont get it. How do I know if i learned that skill or leveled up that crafting skill to where i can use what find by using my skills? Im just lost with this whole crafting thing..

I See. Question on crafting, how do i do it? I have arch , treasure hunting, and artifice. I wanna craft some hilts, some saber crystals, some armor for my companions. What do I need to do or need to know? I keep getting all of these crystals, but theyre like 'nexus crystal' or 'fire node' or some crazy name and ill have like 30 of em in my inventory and I dont know what to do with them or even if i CAN do anything with them? Can someone assist me in this or maybe point me to a prev/prior thread that has details or directions on how to go about crafting stuff for me and my comps? And do i have the recommended skills to do what I want? (saber crystals and armor and or weapon mods? hilts, endurance things, etc.)?

Yea im lvl 29 right now just hit it last night and yup aroudn 27 is when i started to get stuff for her from quests as well it was pretty cool. i was like finally. she was so skimpy on armor. I was going the kiosks before that. can we craft armor for her? or any other cmopanion for tha tmatter

Yea. I just hit lvl 29 last night JS. Just purchased the 'pacify' and 'paralyze droid' ability i think it was called. Well, so far I love JS and all the melee stuff that comes with it. Take into accoutn as well, im a new mmo'er too. I would say right now, I really like slash, stasis for 'cc', master strike cause it does the most dmg of my abilities so far... i barely use reposite, i just bought rebuke ( at lvl 30, i know? ) like i said im new... but when i first was able to train for it at a lower lvl i didnt understand how it works all i saw was my toon get some big force wave around him but it wasnt melee apparently so i kinda strayed from that. force sweep i like. im not too big on force kick (prob cause i use stasis or force leap for a cc or interrupt as they're called in the mmo world). um, cauterize, zen, shuyo form, and some others i rarely use, so thats what brouht me here. what do you guys think? im glad i chose JS too for my ac bcause the dual saber over heavy armor for me is just too fun. im a FPS player only, before this, so, i chose the dmg dealer, dps i think its called. any feedback anytime is appreciated

Im a JS I have Artifiice, Arch, and Treasure Hunting. I always find crystals but I can't seem to build any crystals for my saber, im just stuck with like '20 nextor' or 1 'fire node' or x amount of 'x' type of crystals, in my inventory. Can someone help me out please? And what about hilts, how do i build those? just any kind of assistance on what to do with my crew and how to craft my own stuff? armor? weapons? enhancements? Most of my 'arch' are 'grade' 'x' color crystals. Most of my treasure hunting is 'lockboxes' and 'gemstones' How can i utilize thsi kind of stuff that i find? Can i craft med armor for mysef? build saber crystals? etc

Im sure this has been asked a billion times but I haven't gotten any help with it yet. If someone can help me out on how to spread out or devote my skill points to build up my 'spec' as im told it is. I'm new to mmo's so I don't really understand and I don't know what would be best for a JS? What would be the best recommended way of getting her to armor up? I always get armor but its only for me

Im new to mmo's so i dont know what an interrupt is. I assume it's one of those abilities that stuns/freezes the enemy for a small amount of time to deal dmg? My question is: What is the interrupt? How do I know what the name of the ability is? Can i use it as a Jedi Sentinnel? How does it work?
