Come on Bioware Dev, yellow post pls. Let's hear what you have in mind for UI improvements.

Great post OP, I will be checking back regularly and bumping this post until we see some official Dev comments concerning UI updates. It is without doubt the top of my list of things that needs to be improved in this game.

I would also very much like the option to extend the bottom action bars to have maybe 5 or 6 extra slots per row. My screenspace would certainly allow this and i prefer to not use the side action bars if possible as they clutter up the screen and in effect shorten your peripheral vision. A simple +- button that adds/removes extra slots to an action bar would be a godsend for a clicker like me. This is a very reasonable request that should not effect Biowares UI mod policy, it should be available as a UI option to all players. Please think about it Bioware, my screen is getting very clogged up atm and you have given us very few options to streamline the action bars to our liking.

Yeah that should be fine, if the launcher has updated then you will be using the up to date client

Ummm, surely that number is just representative of when you registered on these forums, and not any relation whatsoever to when you registered your pre-order code.
