Yes ive lost a decent share of defense, base is 21.5%, dam reduction is 43%. With my previous setup my defense was around 24-25%, but my absorption and shield were much lower as well. I've noticed no problems so far diong HM EC, only downed Toth and Zorn. I take the toth beserk without going under 50% HP. Zorn I take more damage because i cant shield his attacks but it still goes smoothly. Overall i love this setup, with campaign gear it'll only get better, keep similar stats just way more endurance.

haha, i got 4 black hole pieces with all absorb/shield stats. Rest rakata with upgraded absorb enhancements. Was hoping to find some people here with higher, this forum is dead!

My tank is 31/0/10. Base shield chance: 42.52 (+20% with dark charge) Base absorption: 58.28% With relic CDs popped my absorb goes to the upper 60%, shield to 70%. I'm starting to notice some diminishing returns. 66 absorption is about 2.5%. Compared to much more earlier on. I've sacrificed some HP for more absorb, still have 24k max buff. Endurance is overrated imo anyways....Whats yours?

Wow man that post was all over the place. Guild ships (if they ever get included) are way off. First they need to expand on space combat before they do anything with guild ships

today we experienced all those bugs, after 6 or 7 trys we finally beat with, finally got a run without bugs that wipe us. very good feeling getting him down

Personally, I love my assassin tank. Doing HM raids atm and I do them just fine. Keeping aggro isnt a problem, 2 main taunt skills, one single target and one aoe (CDs are quick enough) then wither and shock also taunt targets (not as effective of course). I'm over 22k hp with Bh buff. My shield chance and Absorption are both around 50%. Defense is at 40%. Overall very effective, I've had no complainers.
