Lets be honest Bioware doesn't really care whether we like the change or not. They didn't test any of these changes before the implemented them which is why we got 3 nerfs all at the same time. Bioware has even stated that the operation bosses need to be re-tuned because of these changes so if that doesn't show you what I mean then nothing will. Can I still solo End of Trorvix? Yes because I am pretty well geared in almost full war hero and I have a really good geared healer because I have been dropping tons of cash on him for upgrades. Can I still face roll people in pvp? Yes, but I die quicker as I am not really a tank anymore (thank you bioware). So I am now a dps assassin with the darkness utility for pvp but with the survivability of the other 2 trees. Not sure whether I take my money someplace else where they actually test stuff before rolling it out or take their userbase's comments seriously or I re-spec into a madness tree to increase my dps which now makes very little difference on my survivability. This was a poorly tested, poorly planned and unnecessary kick in the gut to the assassin class. We now have no actual role in groups and will need to fit in where we can. Congratulations to those that have guilds that are willing to work harder to keep you as the main tank but quite honestly I don't know why they would want to make the encounter so much more difficult and not just use what bioware considers the tanking classes such as the jugs and techs. Congratulations bioware. You didn't break the class but you have essentially crippled it and put it in a wheel chair.

If these changes stay I am pretty sure I will be gone also. This nerf is way over the top. Who the hell thought it would be a good idea to nerf everything essential to a tankassin at the same time. Pure stupidity and knee jerk reaction on bioware's part. If this makes the game any less fun for me then it is now I am gone.

Yep I have a mix of champ and BM with Rak implants and ear plus oranges that had much better stats than the BM stuff. I was getting destroyed yesterday. I am going to lose a lot of Endurance, crit/surge switching out my stuff to straight BM gear. I hate being pigeon holed into straight pvp gear but you pretty much have no choice now. I had a bunch of comms saved up so I was able to get a couple of pieces yesterday which helped the situation but my dps went way down as a trade off of being slightly less squishy.

If I am getting no reward for staying in a match then I am gone plain and simple. I won't waste my time doing something that provides no benefit to me. Trust me leaving is a last resort and I will try to see if I can get something out of it but if the rest of the team has given up then I'm out.

Yeah I have Rak gear from the dailies and and some BM gear mixed with Champ and 2 oranges that had better stats than the BM equivalent. I went from being very good 1 on 1 to taking massive amounts a dmg. Luckily I had some comms I could trade in for more BM gear but I am still much worse off than I was before. I am going to lose a lot of crit/surge and Endurance switching out my gear for BM stuff. I really hate the idea of Bioware pigeon holing us into have to use the pvp sets with out switching out anything. Expertise trumps everything now.

So is the BM gear still getting changed? Do I still need to replace the mods?

That is why I saved all my enhancements in the bank. I will put them back in tomorrow so that they are like new.

I am currently on Voss and I am an assassin. I have gotten all the datacrons on each of the planets so far except 1 aim one on Belsavis (the lava pit) and the 1 one on Hoth that you have to kill a champion droid. I remember Nar Shaddaa being the biggest pita. I assume the previous poster talking about 5 hours to get one is the double pipe jump. I spent 2 or 3 hours myself getting that. I don't leave a planet without getting all the datacrons. I will probably go back and try to fill out my codex as complete as possible when I hit 50 as I know I missed a few things. I had a mission that sent me back Dromound Kaas so I went and soloed the world boss to fill out my codex.

October 3rd and I just got my e-mail.

Oct 3rd here so I expect my invite in the 1st wave. It sucks that I was so close yesterday. I will be at work so it doesn't really even matter what wave it is for me today.

I'm Oct 3rd so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
