  1. See ya, I just find it kind of funny how you say not again yet you have only had an account for 3 months...
  2. You aren't being forced to transfer...yet. It is likely that EA/BW will enact their paid transfer service prior to shutting down your server. Working 50 hours a week and with housework myself, I find it astounding that people would rather rant on the forum then wait in a 5 minute queue. I guess to each his own though
  3. I am astounded at the attitude many gamers have nowadays. I honestly think that bioware is doing this correctly. People have to be patient while this change is going on. Bioware are the only people that have actual metrics to work with. No third party, including subscribers are able to say with confidence whether they are doing this correctly or incorrectly. Bioware is actively monitoring the transfers and gradually opening them to servers that will be able to handle them. If they spread out the transfers over more servers, the population problem will be solved short term (during the initial hype) and then drop, ultimately leading to a situation that occurred over the past few months. By loading the servers to full and adjusting the caps, even with queues, will allow for the initial hype to pass and for there to be a well populated server. As they see each server is reaching their "target" they change the destination to a new server until the subscription base is covered with a buffer. IMO they are doing the right thing. S*** happens people, if you don't like it, unsubscribe or come back in a few weeks when the servers are heavy at prime time. I did not see one server except for Prophecy at full tonight and the queue was 5 mins or less. QQers are gonna QQ
  4. Same here, one of my favorite past times at work is to feed the trolls
  5. the point of that post is to deal with it and make 50k credits for dying once
  6. Also, just saying this type of event is a role-players wet dream
  7. I am baffled by this post. asddskf...I have nothing to say to the amount of offense you are taking to a WORLD EVENT thatmost players are having a blast with. What is the real issue? Do you hate the color green?
  8. Ok, By the serum costs you 2k for 6 hours, perfect if you dont want to participate, you make it back in a half an hour of grinding with no quests Or, Let yourself blow up, and make an easy 50k by doing so... Real head-scratcher
  9. You prefer a static world? I didn't think I would ever hear that. You sir/maam are the minority.
  10. You are correct, last time I checked when a plague rolls around, little men with white uniforms and clipboards come around and ask if you would like to be infected prior to doing so. /sarcasm This is adding immersion to the game for most of the players, You don't have to participate in the event, if you get infected just take your penalty-free death and make 50k (at least) by selling the DNA. If this is ruining your overall experience, stay glued to the forums for the post that reads "Rahghoul Plague Event, Now Over"
  11. I know how you all feel, I have been there. When the server pops dropped and nearly my entire guild disappeared it was a real bummer. 1.2 brought back a few, and this world event has me feeling like its launch day all over again. I definitely recommend participating in the world event. I am having a blast with it and am having trouble tearing myself away, but I have to work. Good luck to all and stick with it. I think BW Live Event's Team is going to surprise the lot of us!
  12. If that is the case then why has no one agreed with you yet?
  13. Most of the servers are curently standard in EU and split of light and standard in US. Currently the majority of folks in the US are still in school and work. They will likely be more populated later this evening
