I just went to ilum after all the upheaval about the sith taking over our base on the helm of graush server. I had just listened to a bunch of republic players tell me that empire owns it and would farm us for valor. So not wanting to give up without a fight i got a raid group together and we went to ilum. Within about 15 min we'd driven the sith out of our base and everyone had there dailies done. I think republic players are being a bit melodramatic, sure i don't think the valor gain should be so high seeing as the ratio of sith to republic tends to be about 2 to 1. But i would say if bioware fixes the lag issues and pops to loading screens ilum could be very fun. Republic just need to stop trying to solo that which needs a group and not expect bioware to fix all annoyances. Lag was really the only issue i faced on ilum so if u want to fight a large group of sith on ilum get a large group of republic.... and I have only played republic characters I'm not a sith trolling.
