First off if you claim your lost companions from the terminal it puts the ones and only the ones claimed on the terminal back on your ship.. not all companions which is odd. Second off it'd be nice to choose which you wanted on your ship to begin with. Yes I know this is mostly a role play thing.. but hey I would like it and I'm sure a lot of others would to. Oh well.. my sub goes poof on the 19th so.. back to wow it seems. Considering this game as is is nothing more then a wow reskin thats laggyer, with less content, less choice of anything other then ls/ds points in a story line that ends at 50, and a hell a ton more bugs and just fail mistakes with their live testing I just dont even feel bad anymore. No less being lied to with the release of this game saying they would have at least color choices based on chest armor which still hasnt been re added since being removed from beta leaving me stuck looking like a walking hobo until lvl 30 on any toon i roll. A lack of social armor for anything but Sorcs/Consulars and now a strobe light for a tool bar. My one regret at this point is buying the game at all. I should of saved my cash for panda land. In fact, after this post I'm going to close this thread for now - the feedback's been excellent and we're taking that into account, but the purpose of this thread has run its course. Since late Tuesday the development team has worked on some new code to allow you to select from a variety of new options for the global cooldown. I saw a preview of the changes today and while I know everyone's UI choices are individual, I think most people will like the options presented to them. They're very flexible, and the 'flashing' most have described is now able to be turned off, along with many other optional choices. The team has spent today cleaning up and finalizing the code, and after that it'll go into our QA process. As this code change has come in 'hot' it was unfortunately too late for us to add it to the build being readied for next week's planned patch (1.1.3, which is now available on the Public Test Server - here are the notes). We also want to ensure it's got some solid QA testing on it, as it's a change that will be seen by everyone playing the game. With all that in mind, we're currently expecting the changes to be rolled out with patch 1.1.4, which is tentatively scheduled for deployment in the week beginning Monday 20th. As always, the patch should be on the Public Test Server before that, and when it's available, we encourage everyone to try it out and see the changes made. Oddly enough all of this could of been easily solved with a small change.. removing the flash at the end of the GCD. Hell even leave it on the end of long CDs and it wouldnt of mattered. the fact three sides of our screen all Blink every 1.5 seconds is whats getting people disoriented.

I have to in a way agree here.. they probably just need this poll to help prove to their boss' the changes need to be made/servers need to be pulled down/patchs need to be made and uploaded and to explain the costs of doing so. Paper trails and red tape = business.

Their getting paid to build and test. We shouldnt have to pay them to tell them how to do their job right. I dont hire a plumber to tell him how to use a snake on my toilet bowl do I?

They also said they were fixing the UI.. they broke it for a great many of us.. I trust what Is not what some one says will be. If it was the other way around in real life I could tell bioware "I will pay you at some point until then just leave my sub active and trust you'll get paid."

So now were conspiracy theorists for being annoyed we cant play and were getting no answers? I'll tell you what gets nothing done.. sitting in a corner quietly "Trusting" any sort of establishment. Your theory on them doing anything about it is just that. a guesstimate. They havent responded with anything other then an automated "were looking into it."
