I am staying. I hope they server merge though, i enjoy my Republic Char the most but 240+ on Sith Fleet, log over and 42 Rep Fleet... not comforting. /unsub My Crossfire & SSD <--- I bought for this game specifically (to increase texture call load times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) All being wasted because they want to present the game in a uniform fashion to all users as if we were playing Console games. Texture atlasing is FINE if you can control the amount of hi-res and LOD bias of on-screen characters, it actually works quite well, but for SSD we don't need it, should be a disable function, but i am not naive enough to think that is doable, its either atlassing or none, and atlasing was apparently programmed in and textures disabled. Enable hi-res textures, i'll resub. my Sith robes looking like dog crap smeared on my guy outside of cutscenes is UNACCEPTABLE.

The shadows look like crap at the momment. lots of issues with the graphics engine being worked on. I'm using AMD Video and they are lego shadows for me too

Zoned in a Flashpoint and bam, the infamous Error 9000. Log back in? Queue 200, 15 minute wait. I'd willingly move to another server with my character.... It's like everyone wants to be on the mal'ganis of SWTOR i know that, so they don't roll on light servers when they started in EGA, they went to heavy/full so there would be tons of people. I don't know if all this talk of 130 People per planet is real or not, but if it is, that is crazy low. No wonder chat isn't going off the ringer.

Thats the Eyefinity mode, i mean Crossfire mode which is akin to SLI with nVidia cards

Does Crossfire video cards do anything for this game yet? my buddy is borrowing my other 6850 but i would like to get a few more frames per second and be able to anti alias decently... will crossfiring help me or is it not supported by the game yet and waiting on AMD to make a profile?

Dang! I was having so much fun showing that video of a certain german furor during the 3rd reich(sp?) crying over no grace period. good times. This was the 100% Correct decision from bioware, they met as close to the "Middle" as they could with their exec's and their customers. Because grace period would also give pre-order people a chance to not pay-in-full until 2 days after launch if they ust put $5 on the table at gamestop or something. But then CE people had the whole shipping fiasco, then our fans overseas, shipping times are rough. WTB Teleportation devices.
