Raid frames can be moved same way you move the chat window. UI scale is not re-sizable as you say, and I agree it would be nice if we could make it smaller

What I find the most annoying is if you place something on the GTN to sell in other MMO AH's your item would come up in a list showing how many other of the same item was being sold and for how much. There is no quick and easy way of seeing the current market price.
