the CPU could be your bottle neck. It's only running at 1.86Ghz and I'm not positive whether or not SWTOR is designed to take advantage of dual core CPU's. Memory and graphics card is fine. To put it into perspective, I got an i7 920 @ 3.0Ghz 6GB ram and 285GTX with no issues with performance.
