do u see marauders maintanking bosses in ops?? nope, thats the juggs job, in other words... tanking class. 900k+dmg in a warzone as a powertech? dont make me laugh this would only be possible in a premade group not EVER in a pug. On our server the 500k dmgers are pretty rare let alone a 900k.

real good guilds dont need to find players... good and willing players will make an effort in finding them, by either contacting members, or searching for the guilds website. The better guilds dont want 'guildhoppers'.

its been said a 100 times before and i cant agree more.... u -juggs- choose a 'tank' class at lvl 10, if u want a 'dps' class, roll another and stop the complaining that ur dps is not up to par with 'dps' classes or that u dont have enough survivability. why did u go jugg at lvl 10 anyway??? probly not because u thought 1 saber looks better then 2 sabers right? No, because u WANTED TO BE A TANK!!!! U want a better dps tree? Fine, give marauders a tank tree and the ability to wear heavy armor with defense stats and we'll call it even.

cool, thx aicha. Ive tried both progession modules. the one from the zeph did some wierd things with the bossnames, and i wasnt in the mood to go fiddle around with it. Sorry Zeph Aicha's module is based on the same package but working superb! u should post it at the joomla extensions website mate. Good job! EDIT: Found out why Zeph's isnt working as intended. Zeph's module is based on 1.5, while i am using V2. Aicha's is based on 1.7 wich works fine on V2.

obfuscate only works on WHITE damage.

atm i have a about a 35% chance at winning from them. Still trying to learn and pick up tips on the go on how to effectively defeat them. Obfuscate does help your survivability. ATM i just pop EVERY cooldown and stim.

have to agree with this poster, most of the problems u are listing are user errors. once i started positioning myself properly (after charge u have the time for that) i have not ONCE been knocked down intentionally at hutball.

VERY untrue, they HAVE stopped several hacks already. Programmers just find a way around them ALL the time, so u may think that they do nothing about it.

And in all fairness, in this game its currently not that bad at all. there's TONS more in EQ, EQ2, Guildwars, WOW, lotro, and i'm not even mentioning the number of account hacks that occur in those games. People that say:'i played XXXXX game and there were no botters' either didnt play till endgame or are to stupid to spot one. Only thing to do is report them. Bioware just like wow doenst ban on first breach of the Eula, they warn you and give u a second chance. Wow actually gives u 3 chances: 1) a warning, 2) a temp ban for 72hours 3) perm ban.

yeh i have te same tbh, thinking i was gonna see a pwning marauder putting up tons of damage, but its fairly the same as what i'm doing in my full champ gear.

be smart when u play, dont just run in a group and start cleaning, be carefull with groups containing 2 silver mobs, they WILL eat you. Make sure to upgrade your companions gear, once u get quinn, it will go ALOT easyier as for survivability. Upgrade your sabers WHEN U CAN. cant stress that enough. In all fairness, at your current level, it wont matter what spec u are in, some groups will kick your ***, and most of the time its the other way around. Find yourself in trouble? Medpacks are your friend, better to start running for it and use one, then die and loose alot of time. Who cares if your companion dies... summon another, then the one u want to play with and he's back alive. Dont bother going to rezz him. Waste of time. Other then that.. use your defensive cooldowns as much as possible. Enjoy!

Marauders are very hard to play, face one thats good at it, and he will wreck you if u dont know how to play your class. A well played marauder vs ANY well played class is a 50/50 outcome. And if ur jugg friend wants to unsub cuz he cant beat another class... thats just very very very sad and immature. and arent u forgetting the knockback a jugg can do... the offhand shield that he has, the heavy armor that he is wearing? I suggest he moves to that other big mmo and rolls a palladin tank so he can bubble when he is low on health and heal himself, maybe thats a better playstyle for him. We a GREATER survival chance then a tank? Get serious... why do u think juggs are tanking bosses and not marauders? U know what would really help you? Watch some vids on how to play your class properly, read up on tactics on how to defeat different enemy's, then get decent gear, then actual learn to play your class, and in the end... hey, u just had a 50% chance to beat us. And if we are SOOOOO OP, explain why i was in a warzone today as the ONLY marauder, while the rest where sorcerers and bountyhunters? If we are really that OP, there would be ALOT more marauders in pvp and pve. (on a sidenote, i scored the only goal in that match, cuz they couldnt kill me muahahahahahahaaa) Now seriously again, we are NOT op, compare the dmg output in any warzone, and the times u'll see a marauder topping it are quite rare. Its ALWAYS either a sorc or a BH thats the top dmg. And if its a marauder topping, then there's 2 options: 1) he is seriously good at his class or 2) the others suck.

the 99% dmg reduction is only for about 5 seconds, and drains half our health. we will only use it as a last minute resort. Its our 'oh crap' button.

sorcerers win, knockback after knockback, force speed, force pull, shields and more knockbacks and mara's wouldnt have a say in it, the score would be made before the mara team knows whats going on. Thats the scenario vs sorcerers that know what they are doing. in a 'noob' scenario sorcerers would probly be pulverized.

not getting many above 4.2-4.5 either, maybe a few times against ungeared people i can do a 5k, but a 7.5k just makes me laugh and think that a 13 year old is trying to get attention. (wich he is getting, so he's happy now)

i dont want to nag here, but yesterday i started a post similar to this one and ur posting exactly the same... except ur posting it in blue, ur even almost completely taking over some suggestions, wich i'm fine with, but wouldnt it be better to stick to one topic... there are TONS of post about 'my spec', or 'whats the best pvp spec', if there were any dedicated moderators here, like they have at cough cough blizzard cough cough then this wouldnt be the case, and making the forums ALOT easyer to read. and to the poster above me... its easy to say... 'learn to play' much harder to provide usefull information, if thats all you have to say, i'd encourage you to stay away from topics like this. And if ur doing 100k dmg more then everyone, then u either have someone healing you, or the rest of the warzone is just painfully terrible. And when it comes to pve, u cant compare dmg as u dont have any combatlogs, or damage meters to compare yourself to other classes.

atleast the skill delay is fixed already, so lets hope that the rest follows pretty fast..
