Thanks to the people that gave some constructive ideas.
Alas, those very same ideas have already occurred to us. Each of those ideas have inherent problems, to one degree or another. (Example: Creating "Sister Guilds" results in a loss of easy cross communication.)
We already have a "Community Chat Channel" that we try to use for cross communication with our Trooper/Smugger Guild and have found it's difficult to get people to use it.
"Sister Guilds" lack a common ingame Guild roster page, as I'm sure you realize. This makes for difficulties when "Veteran" members in one Guild don't have easy access to information regarding "New" members in the other Guild. (ie: You can't see character level, class, location, etc.)
Again... and as I already said... the only "elegant" solution is to simply raise the max pop of our Guild.
As to the people that doubt what I said about the size of our active membership... You are, to put it politely, WRONG. (And are, arguably, in need of an ego check.) As of yesterday THE JEDl ORDER has OVER 160 members at Level-50. As of yesterday, we have well over 400 of our members have been playing in the last 3 weeks and we frequently have 40 people in our Teamspeak channel simultaneously.
I invite any of you to take a look at our website... http://www.jediswtor.com. It's a site dedicated to our COMMUNITY of Guilds: THE JEDl ORDER, THE SlTH ORDER, REPUBLIC SPEC-FORCE (for Troopers and Smugglers) and IMPERIAL BLACKOPS with its' Mandalorion sub-divsion. That Community has nearly 1000 registered members.
