I really wish people like this OP could be made to stay off the internet somehow. I know the internet is supposed to be all about freedom for all and blah blah blah but can anyone honestly say we wouldn't be better off w/o people like him inhabiting our internet?

No wanted to read my little story

I just felt I should post this whilst taking a crap and browsing the forums on my smart phone. Yup, I'm pretty addicted to all the whining going on now. No matter what side of the fence you're on here with the whole early game access you still owe a small thanks to another gem that is about to pass on into the depths of the gaming afterlife. Whether we are excited and happy to know that we are hours/days away from entering this new and great game Bioware has created. Whether we are pissed off and butt hurt over not being invited to early access yet. One fact remains. There is a group of people that are more butt hurt then us. Star Wars Galaxies is going to die soon. While SWTOR is not the sole cause for this collapse one could easily argue it was the final nail in the coffin. So no matter who you are, happy or sad. Please take a moment of a silence and think of all the 25 players left in SWG who are going to cry themselves to sleep tonight. Love it or hate it, SWG was a big time player in the MMO industry. At one point it rivaled any MMO when it came to excellent crafting and making use of more wasted time creating that 500th piece of metal that no one ever buys so you ended up throwing it in the back of your 4th player made house at the *** end of nowhere that you didn't even remember you owned the next week, only to never see it again. The glorious space combat in SWG that could even make Space Fighters of Power 13 green with envy. Yes folks, SWG is going to die soon and we as future SWTOR players owe it to those 35 players (oops I meant 25) to mourn their loss and enjoy this game at their expense. OK enough of that. You are all free to go back to your whining now about how can't get in the game. For the record I should state I think SWG was a damn fine game and all my sarcasm that was poorly written about the game was only to try and lighten the mood around here!

That's freaking great. The guild I was going to go to from the main forums I visit all the time is set up on Swiftsure, a long with all three allies.

No it will not hurt them at all. In fact it may help them. If a few hundred people out of the millions who are going to play this game quit over something so trivial then I'd say the community and game will be better off w/o them in the long run.

I don't think the OP post would be valid then either. I'm pretty sure the 5 bucks you paid to pre order will be deducted from the final amount you pay on game release lol.

I'll sign this. Great post OP. I tried telling some folks the exact same thing in another thread. Fact is Bioware doesn't have to let us in until the 20th and even then it's because they chose to. I've waited a few years for this game, a couple more days sure ain't gonna hurt.

If you say so dude. Last I checked no one was making you sit at your pc constantly hitting F5 to refresh your browser. Besides if you think the 20th is better then sitting and waiting for an email then by all means just shut down your PC do some other stuff and simply log in on the 20th. Barring the servers being down I bet you'll get in

I just don't understand how any of you can bash Bioware for this at all. I mean they are giving people up to 7 fays of free play on a fully released game for next to nothing. Seriously 5 bucks is all you've had to pay so far. Not to mention your first free time of 30 days is probably not even going to start until the 20th. I swear you just can't please everybody. If Bioware wanted to they wouldn't have to let anyone in untill the 20th. So please stop with all this nonsense about how you don't like how Bioware is handling this early launch thing.
