SWG had massive problems. The servers crashed on release day. Armor was worthless on release. Even with all the issues there was no real safe zones and you could raid practicaly anywhere..there were battles in cantinas. It gave users freedom to make their own fun. This game has massive restrictions that severly damage the ability to open world pvp. How many republic players did I see while leveling to 50? about a total of 5...did any of them want to fight? 2... Did I get anything for killing them? No. Did they come back to the same are to try their luck again? No. The game mechanics work against conflicts on worlds which makes for no fun. As a 50 I only go to 2 places the Imperial fleet where I sit in a queue for huttball or Ilum.....why go anywhere else? that makes for one dull game.

I hate people with your "love it or shutup and get out" mentality. Really? does that add anything worthwhile to the thread? The game has serious issues and we WANT it to succeed but it has fallen way short. Don't YOU want the game to improve???

Still here because I have about 2 weeks left on my subscription...what suckered me in? STAR WARS. Hate that there is no real open world pvp...and could there ever even be open world pvp? if there are more than 30 people in one area the server lags...that looks like a fatal flaw in coding to me. No choice in warzones, get huttball 9/10 Boring. I'm in full champ gear and have nothing to look forward to but battlemaster grinding which isn't fun....it's just that a grind and what happens when I get full battlemaster gear? PvE? I've done them all and pretty much all on hardmode. Roll another toon? no thanks. Datacrons? I have them all even ones I didn't need and the +10 to all stats datacron. Don't get me wrong this game has an amazing story driven leveling system that is great and enertaining...I actualy watched all of my story quests. Thats all it has sadly though and onece you pop 50 that is all gone and there is nothing to look forward to. I played SWG from beta-jedi release. WoW from open beta-litch king. Both those games were more "fun" then this game is. This game has potential but failed. Will I come back later? Mabe but as it is now isn't worth a monthly subscription fee. Still can't believe I wasted a /played time of 11days thinking it would get any better.

I played the same deception build. honestly tank builds are better in the long run.

Try grabbing a shield gen an specing to 31/0/10 It's a totaly diffrent way to play but honestly out f the 3 tiers it is by far the strongest.

/subscribed My main game play is pvp with a touch of flashpoints.... I played as a 5/33/3 assassin and respeced to your exact spec and kept my dps armor and picked up a shield gen as per your recommendation and omg warzones are SO SO SO much more fun to play since I don't die instantly anymore. Completely diffrent playing style that I will have to get used to but even in the learning stages of this build I walked out of the two warzones I played with a bunch of commedations and scored twice in the huttball game I played WOOHOO! Thanks for sharing your build as I was becomming one extremely fustrated assassin

I find that khem grabs aggro faster and holds it better. I'm lvl46, picked xalek up at lvl45...my khem has better gear so has more armor and a little more hp but less damage. I'm a deception assassin so I need a tank that holds aggro. Khem from level 10-50

I've played both and both are great just need to know how to play them. assassin is more stealth oriented melee sorc will be kiting and ranged dps. Completely diffrent play styles. Ranged will always be the easier playing style. I enjoy assassin more though because I like melee burst dps.

with a bar that contains 100 force...110 if you mod it you can only spam it twice lol. I use it as an opener then dont use it again unless I got the proc up.

All classes play diffrently. Where this class shines is on 1vs1 pve and pvp.

Khem is a better tank and holds aggro better with his taunt ability. He is my go to companion as a lvl38 assassin. But yeah she sucks at dps.

yes it's worth it if you are a deception assassin. as you go up the tree you can spec for discharge which makes it quite powerful.

Deception. Most powerful tree Assassins have. I have been able to solo quests 2-3 levels above my level always....might need a medpack but always doable just use khem val and have him geared up.

The class is fine. I'm always in the top 3 for DPS in warzones. Learn to use your abilities and stop complaining.
