After getting about 10 successfully RE'd dual-prefix implants, I started getting "you already know this schematic" messages on every crit RE attempt. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I didn't keep the exact track, but I think I've done about 100 attempts and got 5 or 6 "already know" messages. To be more specific, the last few dozen I'm trying to get Expert Overkill from blue Overkill. I know it exists in the game since I saw it on the GTN, which makes me think there might be some other sort of a limitation (e.g. on the purple RE schematics?) Thanks!
