  1. The drop will be much more prominent soon. There are many people who have cancelled, but still have a month or more remaining who will never be back. I'd guess it's more than 80% have stopped playing and as the subs run out that are no longer being played the true numbers will begin to show on the profit and loss sheets. If transfers or mergers to not happen soon those numbers will continue to drop even further. I can see this game dropping to 5% of the starting numbers within 3 months.
  2. I have three 50s now, 2 of them very well geared in pve and pvp. I am leveling another toon. But, this is not the answer to the problem. This is me, the customer, trying to solve the problem of keeping myself busy doing something I hate which is constant leveling in the same areas, just to try to stay interested until the devs fix the problem. It's up to the business to fix the problem if they want to keep customers; not the customers job in order to have the privilage of paying the company to use their product.
  3. The problem with these kinds of fanboy replies is it's those of us complaining about issues that are trying to get the game fixed for all of us, this includes you too, to stay and enjoy the game for a long time to come. If we only wanted to leave we would just do that, instead we are trying to get the devs to take the issues serious, which they aren't. We'll see how you, and the others of you who are putting us down for wanting quicker responses to serious issues, feel when there's nobody to game with. Will you still be sticking to your empty game? Or will you just walk away to see if the grass is greener elsewhere? Or will you too, suddenly decide to ask for the devs to look at the problems and fix them before you leave? Believe it or not, we all who are in the forums want the same thing. To enjoy this game for a long time to come.
  4. And to add one other thing, for those of you who state that WoW didn't have a lot of end game when it started, ToR is not competing with vanilla WoW, it is competing with the current WoW that focuses on end game content and has been for years and realized early on that to keep their customers they had to keep adding more things for their players to do once they leveled up.
  5. For all of you guys defending the current state of your server and waving the flag of cheer for Bioware and EA simply because your server happens to be good you are helping to kill the game. As long as people sit their making the devs believe that all is well and that it is just a few people who are upset then the game will continue to die. And you too, will complain and leave when your server dies too. For every one of us that leaves the game, the faster this game dies. It's a permanent thing and it will affect the game you love and defend right now. I love the game too, but I will leave it soon if I don't have people to game with. For those of you who claim that end game is rerolling a new toon and taking it to 50 you're losing it. I can play a single player game and do that. This is a MMO, or at least that what it says on the box when you buy it. It is amazing to me that every single MMO that has come out to try and maintain a customer base fails to realize what every single serious MMO player is looking for END GAME CONTENT. If you want to keep your paying customers for years, then earn the money. As long as there is not enough end game content, which means raids, pvp, dailies, crafting, world events, etc., every single MMO will fail. People are going to level their toons fast and then say, "ok, now what?" if the answer is, "ooh, we didn't think you'd all level so fast so we have nothing for you." Then you deserve to fail and lose the 250 million dollars you invested in your game, rather than make hundreds of millions in the future.
  6. Wow, not getting the point here at all, learn to read. I do not jump from MMO to MMO. I have years of game invested in those games and left for various reasons, not because the next great MMO was coming out. WoW I had years in, Conan around 10 months with the last few of it dead, didn't care for Aion and it's lagfest in battles, Rift was all about keybinding macros to narrow your fights down to 3 buttons. Of all those I would have loved to stay in Conan. And while it supposedly improved, as I stated at the beginning, I don't go back once I leave, my interest is over. As I also stated, I love this game. But I'm not going to reroll to another server which will likely die too if things aren't fixed. I will be here for a long time if it becomes one thing...a MMO (massive multiplayer online) not NAO (never anyone online). When I rolled on my server is was highly populated, now it is death itself. As a paying customer who wants to keep playing the game I think my question was reasonable. If the devs want to keep their customer base, and I"m not just talking me, they better respond soon. Because this is the fastest sinking MMO ship I've been in. And if you look at all the posts in this forum about mergers and transfers, it is most servers having this issue. My honest guess, they've probably got less than 20% of the original people still paying to play, and many of them will be on their way out soon if it's not fixed. If you are on one of the very few still populated servers you're getting what the rest of us want. If we all roll to your server, you will have very excessive queues which you'll be whining about BW to fix. Again, I don't want to leave, and I think those of us still hanging on in anticipation don't want to leave. But we will, and you will be left alone. So enjoy your pompous better than everyone else's attitude when the game you love is a wasteland.
  7. Free transfers in early summer? No server mergers discussed at this point? I'm running out of time myself. Early summer is not an acceptable response. We need an exact date. I'm out of guilds to transfer to on my server to do anything with. All large active guilds are now dead. It took us 3 guilds to put one 8 man Ops together last week, and it may very well be the last one. I love this game, I don't want to go, but my time will end soon if these transfers and server merges do not happen pretty soon. I might make it one more month paid, not even sure about that at this point. I would love to be in this game a year from now and longer if the server population problems are handled before I leave. There are multiple threads on mergers, it is what your customers need to keep paying for your game. I do know this, from every game I've played in the past, WoW, Aion, Conan, Rift, etc., when I left I never went back to them. If I leave this I will lose interest and won't be back, and I'm sure this is the same for many people who have left already, or will be also leaving soon. I've got maybe one month left in me, how about the rest of you? And will you come back later if you do leave? And I would really love to hear from BW in this thread too for all of us who want to stay, give us a reason to.
  8. Merge the servers soon before those of us left get tired of waiting an leave the game ourselves. There's a reason theres some of us left, but as we are forced to game on empty servers, we will also soon leave. MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) not NAO (Never Anyone Online). I want to stay and keep playing, give me a reason to by merging the servers, or allow guild transfers. Cross server Flashpoint Finder and Warzones would also help substantially.
  9. Just continuing the thread. Please merge the servers. An average of less than 30 people on the fleet everday is getting old. There's been a couple times where I logged in and was the only person on the fleet. If I wasn't in a guild that wasn't still doing something I'd have left already. I want to keep playing the game so merge the servers so it will feel like a MMO.
